My son has been requesting his payment from escrow since last year. When I call they respond as if they aren’t aware of anything going on. This company shouldn’t be handling anyone file!

Horrible company if you are not Hispanic. They never return calls -extremely unhelpful. I am a first time homeowner and this company is by far the most unhelpful, likely illegal operation I've ever seen. They dropped my insurance and taxes from my mortgage mid-COVID, no written communication provided & then glorified charging a poor little old lady 7x $35, for a processing error that wasn't even the lady's fault. I absolutely hate that the homeowner chose this mortgage company. They have made my first home ownership experience an ENTIRE NIGHTMARE. They escalated my call to lenders services and this lady named FELICIA called me back only to hit hold instead of Mute- she didn't even realize that I knew she wasn't listening because I heard the hold music. They are literally just the WORST. Please be ware & DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY

We have been trying to get a payoff from them for over a month. They are unresponsive when you call. They even lied and said they didn't get paperwork from my mortgage company that they have proof they sent. DO NOT go with this company! Their customer service is negative 5.

This place has just been a horrible headache. Every time I have called no one knows what they are doing. Everyone gives me a different answer and they will never call you back. They assure you they will take care of the issue but nothing. I have spoken with Angie/ Maggy/ Gabriel and even supervisor Alex. No one ever has a straight answer. I don't see how this company functions. Definitely need better training for staff. Spoke with Maggy and Gabriel and asked to speak with Alex's supervisor or anyone above Alex. Both Maggy and Gabriel told me they can Not give me that information. I was not able to speak with anyone. I was told by Gabriel that I am someone who does not want help and he would be disconnecting the call. I would not be calling if my issue had been addressed correctly the first time around. This company has very poor customer service. And I hate that my lender uses this company to service my loan. They do not even deserve 1 star.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy and I wish I could give 0 stars. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a loan servicing company. Customer service is nonexistent and you can very rarely get a real person on the phone. I will never for the rest of my life give this company any business and I pray that you do not either.

August REI does an excellent job managing our note portfolio. They follow up regularly to ensure all our loans are current and do a great job explaining the process to our borrowers. Highly recommend using AREI for your loan servicing! Amy and her team are the best!

do not do business with these slum lords!!! they take your money and play stupid, add ungodly amounts of fake fees, threatening families over $10...never return calls. charges fees to pay early!!!!! takes your money and put it in a "reserve" so they dont credit your account, and put your money in "impound" wtf is an impound for money??
