Bad experience, I took my house in November 2023, I filled out the form to have it removed from my account, I sent my sheet via Gmail and everything was fine to make my next payment. What happens? I had to go to the office and leave a new mind in person because they didn't have anything. about how my payment would be made, showing them where I sent the sheet, I had to leave the form again so that the account could be charged, again, the payment could not be made, because they did not have information on how the payment would be made, again, being there and in The office had more people talking who also had a lot of problems that they also had their information, they sent them by email that they had not received anything. I contacted them again because of an inconvenience that they transferred my account with another company and let me know that starting July 2 They would no longer charge, the new company had to do it, what happens is that it arrived on July 2, they get involved in being nosy and collect the payment, the new company also collected the payment, leaving my account at zero and grabbing extra money that I didn't have in I contacted the account and asked them who would collect my payment and they responded irresponsibly that the new one made up for it and I asked them but you already collected first they told me ok sorry for the inconvenience we will process a check you already made an error I was left waiting the new company sends me charge because the charge was rejected, he contacted me again and told me that they are responsible for sending the payment to the company. I left it for a few days and the company charged me again and I was dialing almost every day of the month of July, I was sending emails loq the The new company charged me and they came out with one thing and then with another. It was extremely stressful. It happened on 02/08, which was when my payment had to be collected again. What happens is that the new company could not process the payment because they had not yet They sent the payment for July and they still didn't give an explanation where they were going to send it. The new company charged me $35 dollars so that the payment could be made since it had already been another month and they still hadn't resolved the problem with I see myself in the office, they refused to pay me that amount of $35 dollars because of their bad information, their irresponsibility of charging me for the month and not having given any hope that the new company will charge what they respond is that they are not guilty, I contacted the new one company to explain why they are responsible for reimbursing me that money and they still refused, they went so far as to say that the new company was doing their job poorly, that for me to tell the lady that they were doing their job poorly is rude on the part of the The man who attended to me, what I see, does not have the greatest responsibility for the work they are doing, they are irresponsible people who do not accept their mistake of having made the payment when they did not owe it, very bad on the part of the man who attended to me to say that the new company They were doing bad service, the man looked bad when responding with those words, making him look like an unprofessional person who does not perform the position he has in that office. There are more people who have had a bad experience with this company because they have been there 2 or 3 times. and most of them complain about bad service, they are irresponsible, the truth is that they are uneducated people because people who are educated understand the mistake they made and they didn't have to get paid for the month, those who did have permission were the new company ???? ???????????

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had my mortgage payments with them for years. And never had a complaint til today. That “manager” Adam was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. He got in the conversation that I was having with Erika about how they lost a big payment that was dropped off in person at their office more than a month ago. And Now I’m in risk of losing my house because they don’t know where the payment is. Adam said that it’s not his problem that I should have been a responsible adult and made the payment, and oh well you are going to lose your home so bye bye and hung up the phone. I was explaining how I was out of town and couldn’t make another payment since It’s not just a small amount. To help me find a solution and his only respond was Bey Bey!! You are going to lose your house. And other stuff he was yelling in the background of the phone call because Erika was the one taking my call.
I feel they are responsible since they lost it and I would not even have found out if I don’t called them for a whole week straight asking about the balance on my account. He was so unprofessional and not helpful at all. Don’t know what kind of person he is but he should be speaking to the customers like that. Erika was very mindful and understanding explaining and listing to what I was telling her but Adam “the main manager” was way out of line. I feel if he is the manager he should be able to help and take responsibility of what goes in and out of the office. Specifically the payments because a lot of people like me go and dropped of their homes payments Jaír like I did. And for him to not take responsibility of losing a Huge payment speaks of his lack of leadership and work ethic. God knows how many times has it happened before to other people who are afraid to speak up.
The payment was not for a couple hundred dollars. The cashiers check they lost was thousands of dollars and the bank is going to take several business days to cancel and return me that money and that’s if they can void it. So disappointed and stressed about his lack of knowledge and understanding. Just like he said I should of been a responsible adult he should of been a responsible manager and own up to that he lacked the ability to run the office since he doesn’t even know where the payments are and is not even to call and let the person aware of it til weeks later after I have reached out multiple times. They should be able to help you if you have any issues or concerns and not just yell, laught, and disrespect you over the phone to end up hanging up the phone. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Best believe that if I lose my home due to their stupidity and incompetence August REI will be hearing from my attorney.
I also expect an apology from Adam “the main manager”

Customer service sucks I sign all paper work and return a month ahead and August rei didn't due there part and now I have to pay a fee for there mistake!! Lesson learn you need to take notes how to handle all paper work I did my part right I have copy of all my paper work!!

the worst loan servicer. reported late payments although i had already paid the mortgage. they refused to correct it and i had to dispute it with experian and transunion untill they forced to remove the late payment. once in a while they send the worng statement showing twice balance. one time they tried to accelerate the loan and forclose the house although i had already paid in full. i think there is an organized fraud going on with this company. stay away by all means if you love your house.
