I came in this following weekend and the cashier was so friendly and polite. This is one of my favorite stores for seasonal decorations. They had a great selection of things!

Love the selection at this store. The regular prices can be high so have to wait for sales. Like a lot of stores items can be disorganized/not in the right place and what is on sale frequently not clear like they will have a sign in a section saying 20% off but then you get to the register with it and it’s one of the items that is NOT at the sale price - very frustrating. Would be so much easier to make everything in that section 20% off. The sale is usually for a week or less anyway so it’s not like it would cost the store that much to clear up the confusion for customers. The employees say if it’s on sale or discounted it will have a sticker but that is not always the case either so again easiest way is to say a whole section is discounted for a specified period of time imo.

If you enjoy being profiled then this is your place. The manager was more willing to watch to make sure I wasn’t stealing cushions than helping. No employees were willing to help but just watching until the cushion section was becoming a mess. Topping on the cake was being followed to the checkout where the manger told the cashier to double check our stuff and watching for my card to be declined, which it wasn’t! The disappointed on his face made it a little more worth it!

This place reminds me of a barn yard for some reason. If you look at the back of the building there is a door in the back. Read that Firewheel goes from behind the building all the way across thru the highway. I don’t know why that building looks so familiar, I can’t seem to place my finger on why.

Please educate the cashiers to be more transparent when dealing with returns. I purchased 2 items, did not like them and the following day I went to exchange them for similar items for the exact same price. The cashier informed me they don’t do exchanges but I could return the items and purchase the new ones. She wanted to put the money back on my card because so I asked if it would be immediately credited and she replied “yes.” I informed her I only had $100 to my name and was she sure she replied yes. Low and behold, I swipe my card, she finished the transaction and the fund were still not on my card. She proceeds to ring up the new items and I inform her that I haven’t received my credit. She goes on to say that it “may take 3-5 business days” for me to receive my money after I asked you PRIOR to the refund. I spent my LAST $100 because I needed the items for a showing today. Why would you not just put them on a GIFT CARD? I’m sooo LIVID right now! Smdh
