on July 6, 2021 I went inside AmeriTax in Garland, TX on first St. next to Fiesta Market, I had a really bad experience with the personnel, after almost 2weeks of leaving my paperwork with the company, no one ever contacted me to give me any information in regards to my taxes, then I call after a week and someone was supposed to call me back and never did. so I went in person to check and see what was going on with the preparation of my taxes and they were very rude. I asked if I could get my paperwork and my money refunded of $150.00 they said they couldn't give me my money back, I asked for my paperwork and went somewhere else. Very Rude, customer service was horrible, I had a really bad experience! I do not recommend AmeriTax at all. 7/14/2021

They do amazing work and were very helpful when I went to do my taxes, Evelyn Hererra was the one who helped me she is one of the most professional and helpful people I’ve ever met she was super nice and made sure I knew everything that was happening with my taxes. I definitely recommend this place for the help they offer I definitely will be coming here again
