Everytime we go here it's never been a bad experience. I guess it helps to that they are the only pawn shop we visit. Within knowing that. I would definitely recommend going here if your ever on the fence about making your mind up.

Don’t ever pawn anything here they don’t give extensions if you need an extra day to pay… they put your things out on the floor a day after grace period. I ask for one day to pay and they wouldn’t do it. I will never come here again

My custom demon slayer plates were taken off my ps5 while they had it. I was given 2 different stories about the plates. The 1 person told me they take them out when items go on the floor for sale. That they don't sell customized consoles. The 2nd person told me it was illegal for them to remove anything from the consoles. They didn't even try to look for my plates either which means to me someone at this location removed my plates and stole them. I still have the original white plates at my house that came with the system. I will be taking legal actions in regards to this since the plates were not cheap! Shame on you all for stealing someone's property!

I've never been in a more spacious pawn shop as this one. It was large and spacious as one can tell from the pics I took. It was clean and looks well maintained. IMO as a customer service professional, two things were missing when I walked in:1) A greeter to welcome me and2) A customer service rep to check in on meThe one thing that stood out was a Police officer on duty. That was a very prominent figure standing in my line of sight as soon as I walked in. But no one came to welcome me. I even walked around for 10 minutes and not one person said a word to me. That wasn't a good experience for me.The prices were quite high, even for used tools. Since I know the prices of many tools, their prices were very similar, maybe a few bucks off. It amazed me. Nonetheless, it was a clean place.

Saw an ad on FB Marketplace for a DSLR and went there the morning of, and Jr was a big help and had so much energy! The camera was very well priced and in great condition too!

Although this business has a variety of high quality items such a jewelry and appliances, their customer service is horrible. Gilbert helped my husband as he was looking for new pieces of jewelry to add to his collection. He was very rude, short- tempered, agitated for whatever personal reason, and overall one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

100% reccomend this place. I was treated well and felt very welcomed. Prices are reasonable and affordable. I was attended by Ms. Elizabeth Martinez and her being bilingual helped alot. I am also bilingual but prefer spanish more since I am still in the process of gaining confidence speaking the language. She saw I was struggling with some english terms and helped me with my prefered language. She made my experience very memorable and welcoming. I will definetely be going back!

Pretty unprofessional in my very limited interactions with this company. Was trying to buy a Macbook from them and was trying to verify the information about it as I use these devices for repairs. The employee instead of telling me they in fact didn't have the laptop I was looking for ghosted me for about an hour and then just changed the price and when I asked if it was a no (clearly it was) I still got no response. Only wasted about 2 hours waiting around when a simple N and an O would have been just fine.

I was out of town and had a payment coming up on an item I had pawned, I called to let them know I would be out of town and I will get there as soon as I can and make a payment the lady told me, “no problem we allow a few days for instances like this” 6 days after the payment due date I get there to make a payment only to be told that I was late so they had pulled my Items and already sold them to someone else. I will never do business here again.
