We went with a different company to get my Mom’s power chair and after nine months, she finally got declined by Medicare because the company we were with took so long. I called the doctors office and told them I absolutely would not go back with the other company and they found Alpha Omega. I cannot brag on this company, enough for the wonderful customer, service, and speedy turnaround! I am very grateful for this company. You can’t go wrong with them!

The guy with a heavy Indian accent,is very rude and arrogant in his customer service. When enquired about a wheelchair last month, he rudely asked about the kind of insurance we had. After knowing the insurance info, he hung up without uttering a word. So much for friendly customer service.
