Fair price and good selection. I've purchased parts here several times over the years and recently purchased two refrigerators. I looked at used refrigerators at other local stores and most were overpriced, gross inside and smelled like mildew. I don't normally buy used appliances but if I do again this is where I'll go.

Not sure why last comment had to mention race. Doesn’t really discredit a company based on that. Yes she may be hard to understand but that’s just how life is sometimes. Maybe don’t be a property manager if you can’t work with people ?. That being said service was great. I’ll be honest I was skeptical about the resolution I was provided (unplug and let it sit for half a day up to a full day to let the ice melt). Still did it anyways and it works again. Only charged me for the service fee. He told me he would “repair” it if I wanted but all I had to do was unplug it. To me this is how a company should be ran. He could have easily unplugged it for me and charged another 90 in labor but didn’t. They still get their commission and I still get my fridge fixed at a good price. Sometimes you’re paying for the knowledge that someone else knows. I called on a weekend and they came out with 3 hours.

Don't see how anyone could hate on this sweet old lady. Not only does she have parts, she has always taken the time to help me fix my issues with my appliance.

As a large property manager in the DFW area, I used them and received good service for a couple of years. Then, I had a rash of appliances I bought from them that failed. They only offer a 6-month warranty anyway; some failed before the warranty expired, which they wouldn't fix or own up that their repair people messed up. Do not use this company if the owner is Asian and is horrible in service or has a caring attitude. Ahe cant run anything there without Jay.Again, it put me in the wrong position with my clients and cost me money out of my pocket. Their perceived good price means nothing when it breaks down, and you must buy another. You have been warned.

Always quick and reasonably priced service And parts. Some things are easy enough to fix on our own, so they'll sell you the part, and tell you what to do for a DIY.

This is a fly-by-night company at best, and that is being kind. They do not know what they are doing. Called and they told me my part would be ordered and ready for pickup at 3pm. When I called back and checked on my part they told me maybe tomorrow at 3pm. They had my phone number and did not even have the curtesy to call and let me know there was a problem. Do not rely on them if they tell you they will order a part for you, just call someone else.

Incredibly helpful! Checked the heater relays for us to make sure everything was working properly and then through further discussion they told us we should check the circuit breakers since the house was built in the 40s. Had a hard time getting anyone on the phone. When i did they seemed list as to what i wanted even though i supplied the model number and told tjem wjat part i wanted. Very expensive. Foumdnotjwr places that worked with me and got a way better price.

Found a nice refrigerator for 235$ I think my boss is going to come and get it tomorrow. And it delivers for $55
