I was at the customer service Friday around 4pm and there was no one to assist me. Two cashiers, a bag person and 3 people in floral area all saw me but ignored me. I'm deaf also and I feel neglected so I said can someone help me with customer service, they all looked at me and ignored me. Finally a man came from wherever he was. I don't care what job position these people are, you don't just ignore customers.

I was very excited to find an Alberstons. However, to my dissapointment this location is very old, it smells weird and need some major cleaning.

Older store rehashed, still need a little bit some floor work, but I can’t complain. You’re coming here to get groceries, Not worry about looks.

I’ve never experienced the level of poor customer service ever in my life. I didn’t expect the Manager Kevin along with disrespectful rude Monica in floral department to ruin my daughter’s birthday over helium. I will never step foot in your store again.

I really appreciate Nicholas Going Out of his way and helping me with my door dash order and I appreciate him going above and beyond for his customers, He makes me happy to come to Albertsons, for not just my door dash customers, but also for my personal shopping experiences. His insight to the stores layout and Deals of the week make me happy to return for my grocery needs, Thanks Nicolas for going above and beyond?

Avoid this dump, it's horrible! Even still, It used to look even worse before the remodel a few years ago. Casa Linda Dallas better!
