I followed my coworker to this shop to drop his vehicle off to get repaired on a previous quote that the service manager quoted him, but upon arrival to get the work done his quote wasn't honored but they actually added more money to pad his bill. This is a poor excuse of a business to not honor their word. My coworker will never reccomend this business for anything to anyone!!

I previously use there services to repair my suspension in my 1999 Chevrolet k1500. The work performed was good and the person working with me was great. So I was interested in changing the dash board in my truck and received and quote $500 just to remove the old dash and install the new one. The world has been shut down because of coronavirus so I had not been able to bring the truck in to get the work done. Yesterday I was able to take the truck to AJ's to get the dash done and I my first contact there was good. I explain the quoted work I was returning to get done he said if I was told $500 they would honor it and I showed him that I had all the necessary parts to perform the job. He walked me back to the corner and left to have another person check my vehicle in for service. I explain the work to the new guy I was talking to and also told him since the dash will be out and the A/c will be exposed I will like to add that the heater core and evaporator be changed and that I also have those parts as well. Adding the two parts is only an hour more of work. The guy tells me the price will go up to well over $950. I asked why so much for an hour more of work? The guy tells me that they will have to take the entire air conditioning box out of the truck. I explain that he dont have to do to replace the two parts. I have performed the work before. Then he starts to tell me about there hourly rates so stopped him and asked if they will honor the previous quote? All he did was smile. I then say you have a good day and walked out. I'll never return to this place for work again. Greed is clearly more Important

For starters the owner took 5 weeks to even begin working on my car, with a different excuse each time I contacted him for an update. Secondly, after 2 months, I come to pick it up and there’s a fat dent in the bumper he JUST replaced. I point it out and he replies “oh yeah” OH YEAH??? I doubt he was even going to mention it, blaming itSo I waited another 4 days. After finally getting in my car and driving off happy to be through with this mess, I notice the dent isn’t even popped all the way out! He had great customer service up front, talking as if I was in the best of hands. You are not. Don’t be fooled.

Went in to get my brakes changed cause they were making all kinds of noise... After abrahim replaced my brakes with new ones my car was making even more louder noise and now my car won't even move.
