First of all, the employees are great but they aren’t great at communicating delivery information and requirements as well as payment processing details. They charged me first payment for a mattress that hadn’t even been delivered yet?? As a first time customer I am absolutely upset.

We had just moved & needed some furniture so we shopped here at Aaron's and couldn't be more pleased! The staff is amazing, helpful & found us exactly what we were looking for ! Delivery was quick & easy too. We highly recommend this store.

THE WORST experience ever with buying furniture! Quick to set up easy pay but you have to BEG them to deliver. They keep giving me all these different numbers to call and none of them work. THE WORST. Do NOT do business with AARONS.

When you let Victor leave you lost business. This Ashley manager has some I'm the big dog issues, she is rude. Keeps calling my job telling me she has the right to do so but I know my right as a consumer of I ask you not to call I have that right. I have referred family here but now!! I will move on. THANK YOU VICTOR. .. Calling 4 times a day is very aggressive and you will lose clients, but lesson learned!! Filing a complaint with BBB

The customer service reps and delivery people at this location are great. However, the person who identifies as the General Manager is one of the rudest, most unprofessional persons I've ever encountered. I've leased and paid off several items from Aaron's over the years with no issues. Most recently, I leased a 65" smart tv but after several months a bundle became available online that included a 65" smart tv and a Playstation 5 for about 15.00 more per month than what I was already paying. My bank account had been hacked, so she informed me that "Your last payment didn't go through, so either you or your bank flagged the payment and the warehouse won't be delivering anything to you until you make this payment!" This is understandable but it was her delivery. Very rude and unprofessional...especially when dealing with a long time customer who has been in good standing. I was an emergency medical communicator for 14 years and I've worked in customer service for over 20 and professionalism is a must when dealing with the public because you are the face\voice of your organization and word of mouth is everything. Hence, this review and please don't bother with the cut and paste apology...it's insulting.

All of the “General Managers” for this location must get high from the same supply or attended the same training class and missed more than a few sessions because another one contacted me and tried to convince me that more than one payment that I’d made had been returned to me as I’m literally looking at my bank statement while he’s talking to me. Instead of him investigating further he just keeps saying “You need to contact your bank and get this straightened out.” Where does Aaron’s get these people?!

Please pick Rent A Center ! Aaron’s won’t let you be a few days late and will be at your door, they are not understanding if you say I can pay this day they will say you have to pay when they say pay ! Very rude and give you not extra time before pulling up like some thugs ! Very bad shady behavior!
