My unit was broken into and although I’ve paid for the insurance(which is mandatory), a police report was filed, yet ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done, and NOTHING was reimbursed! THIS PLACE HAS GUYS WHO LIVE IN THE UNITS, that they rent. YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, they allow people to live in units they rent. YOU HAVE NO ACCESS FROM 10pm-6am, yet the ones who stay inside of the units, are free to do what ever they want. WHEN MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, A LOCK THAT IS SOLD IN THE FRONT OFFICE, IS WHAT REPLACED MY LOCK-yet NO ONE SEEN OR HEARD ANYTHING, and NO ONE KNOWS WHO PUT THE LOCK FROM THE FRONT OFFICE ON MY UNIT! SEEMS A BIT SUSPICIOUS TO ME! As if that isn’t bad enough, there are also rats, as well as raccoons, that can and will get into your unit.

I wanted a location that was close to my home but on the way into Austin and this place fit the bill. Patrick was very nice and helpful. I needed to rent a storage unit for my staging furniture and Patrick patiently showed me all the different sized units. He was professional and friendly.

they steal your belongings!!!!thid is not the place to rent out!! stay away from this place to keep your loved items!!when we filed that our belongings were missing and they didn't want to show camera footage nor pay for the items that's were stolen.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!! . This place is a embarrassment, my storage was broken into, and then the employee Patrick only answer is I DONT KNOW! apparently he doesn't even know who was generous anuff to a new lock on a broken into storage, without notifying me. INSIDE JOB

I've rented from this location since before it was Store It All. Patrick does a terrific job. He's friendly, attentive and willing to accommodate for special needs, like the use of the bulk trash bin. He keeps everyone's interests in mind and helps when it doesn't inconvenience anyone else. I appreciate that.

Pat was very helpful. He provided we with all the prices for available units and went out of his way to explain all the nuances of the rental agreement with me. He even checked to make the unit I rented was clean as it had been recently vacated.

I have a 20 by 40 foot unit at store it all. They have reasonable rates & the promises are clean. Excellent security & easy payment options handled by Patrick, who is always polite & courteous.

I wasnt sure about this place at first but that quickly changed as Patrick got me settled in quickly. He was so friendly and personable and set me up very quickly. The place is clean, secure, convenient and reasonably priced. Really happy I found this place.

The Prices are very competitive, Patrick is very accommodating. He is all so considerate that when I rented my 1 st unit a 10 x 30 2 month later I found my self need a additional 10 x 10 unit and Patrick with out me asking selected the same number unit in a different Row so I only needed to remember the units letters.
