I wanted a location that was close to my home but on the way into Austin and this place fit the bill. Patrick was very nice and helpful. I needed to rent a storage unit for my staging furniture and Patrick patiently showed me all the different sized units. He was professional and friendly.

I've rented from this location since before it was Store It All. Patrick does a terrific job. He's friendly, attentive and willing to accommodate for special needs, like the use of the bulk trash bin. He keeps everyone's interests in mind and helps when it doesn't inconvenience anyone else.
