I've had a unit here for over 7 years. Currently paying 2.5 times the price that they're offering new customers for the same unit. Be careful - the rent will drift from the market rate and they are completely unwilling to budge.

I needed a place to park a vehicle for three weeks. All other options were ridiculously expensive. These guys were easy to reserve a spot with online and very professional when they followed up on the phone. When I showed up they even found me a more suitable option that was less expensive. They were conveniently located and move out was a breeze. I will use them in the future.

Staff is really nice! The facility is clean and they fix any issues quickly. My lock wouldn’t fully engage, and he came right out to change it as soon as I mentioned it. Thanks!

Fantastic customer service! Marcus was just awesome. The property was very well maintained. There are two Airstreams on the property. I am hoping that I will see Mathew McYou know who come by to pick them up.

DO NOT KEEP YOUR STUFF HERE. All of my belongings had rat waste (solid and liquid) all over them due to someone keeping food in one of the neighboring units. The response to this issue has been horrendous. It cost me around $700 in both item value and dumping costs. The business does not own up to protecting your items and has yet to respond to any of my correspondence. They did not communicate well and also destroyed my $30 lock. If you care about your belongings you'll stay far away. Current prices were $179/month for my unit.

This place is not managed well at all. They didn’t have cameras for the longest time. And cut our lock without making reasonable attempts of notifying us because someone in our building had rats. They didn’t refund us for our nice $30 lock and replaced it with a $5 one. There was rat waste all over our unit due to another renter having Salsas in theirs. We had to throw out $700 worth of stuff and they refused to pay us for the damages. We have moved out and will not be using any storage unit again after this experience. Also they raised the prices by $10 every other month or so without notice. I will only change this review if the manager Marcus works with us on paying for our damages.

When I checked in a had to change my unit twice because I underestimated how much stuff I have. The Manager was so patient with me and moved my reservation twice without issue. I'm sure this was more work for her but she was so friendly about it and walked me around to look at Units. I just moved to the area and was so happy for this experience. THANK YOU!!!
