It’s a typical situation where you see the direction/operation varies from one clerk to the next. One day they accept your payment however then the next day , “We don’t do that here!”

I had to use two cups to hold the coffee because it was too hot to hold and they don't provide any other methods. The manager insisted that he wanted to charge me for two cups of coffee, and I reluctantly agreed but if I were to pay for two cups, I would at least fill up the second cup with coffee as well. I am well aware that gas stations coffee cups end up being wasted without use for various reasons, so I don't understand why I was called out for this understandable situation. Because it was difficult to separate the two cups coffee was spilling and the manger decided to let me go without paying the second cup. He told me not to do it again next time. This situation was very embarrassing, I had been coming into this store regularly due to nearby work, and now I won't ever come back again because that manager is very shortsighted.

Very busy, somewhat clean, alot items out of stock. Prices drinks too high according to competing stores. Staff polite.
