I'm curious as to why I've had outgoing mail in my mailbox with the Flag Up for 2 straight days and it hasn't been picked up nor have I received any mail? What's Up?

Handy area, don't have to drive into mega traffic to mail something or wait in long lines. Friendly mailperson.
