“I purchased a battery for my truck,they never asked about instalation. He took the new battery and put on his tool cart and headed out the door.And installed new battery.Other part stores sell you a new battery and watch you walk out the door without even trying to install it.”
“Mostly Spanish speaking. They have many parts new and used. Prices are WAAAYYYYY cheaper than citron or other places I’ve been to. If they don’t have some parts they can order them for you. When I come they are always busy in and out showing people car parts. I recommend some patience when they have a rush. I will continue to come here.

Drive 5,000 miles a week in a truck seat that is already uncomfortable and then to come sit in plastic chairs in the waiting room sucks! Throw a couch and loveseat in here for driver comfort while they wait”

“I wanted to take the time to express my deepest and most heartfelt appreciation for Nicole that works there at the O'reilly on Billy Hext. I have had a very bad time with my vehicle for the past two months and today I had to walk my way down to this location and the moment I walked into the store she was nothing more then helpful and considerate of my situation. Not only did she help me with finding the right battery that I needed, she also was able to let me know that I can find the root of my issue at hand and went SUPER out of her way to give me a ride back to where was vehicle was disable at. She didn't have to do that and even after was able to get me into contact with someone that can do further repairs that I am not able to do. She is was wonderful worker and person in general. Thank you so much Nicole you really made my day so much easier.I also would like to express my appreciation to Tammie as well, she was very helpful as well in testing my vehicle in letting me know my issue and letting me know that I was able to replace the part needing to be replaced without additional charge, thank you Tammie you are wonderful as well.”
