Attendant very very rude did not want to assist me. I asked how much something was his response was oh I don't know and that was it I asked him to see he grabbed item from me. I'm a rewards member and I asked a question his response oh yeah the rewards program not happy about helping me at all. I really wanted to know about the coupon, then I was looking at something his response was what very rudely as if I was bothering him. I will not be returning to your store ever again the rudeness was not called for

This gas station could be doing really well with a facelift to the store and getting rid of the employee in the picture.I don't let my friends or family stop there on their way to my home in Garden Ridge anymore. He is a horrible person. I've visited more than once thinking it may have been a one time occurrence. He should not be allowed around people.

The customer service that this store has sucks. If you hate your job then leave! Geez. Just bc you're miserable doesn't mean you have to pawn that off on everyone else! Just sayin.

Went Inside, the older gentleman clerk scanned his own fuel rewards card before I even had a chance, then told me the “alt ID doesn’t work at this store”, which is untrue because I went there just a few days before. Gas is expensive. I get scanning your fuel rewards if people don’t have it, but when a customer is requesting to get their points, it’s rude and disrespectful.

When paying cash, Store clerk will swipe a shell rewards card without telling you what’s going on and place card back on counter so that after an entire shift this store clerk has earned shell rewards from other people

Not going to knock this place. I was looking for Supreme fuel everywhere and because of the storm everyone was sold out. I used gas buddy to find this place. So thankful for Aaron who answered and confirmed there was fuel before I made the trip from Stone Oak. The restrooms aren’t 5 stars but they definitely beat a port-a-John or the woods. I felt safe using it. The guys working here were very polite and most importantly there was gas!!!!Thank you guys!

They've got gas. Store filthy. Restrooms terrible. Profits for owner more important than having a nice place. Several years ago another convenience store wanted to come in but city council said no.
