The Garden Ridge EZ Mart has always been one of my favorite spots to stop in at ever since it was Lone Star Ice House in the 1970s as have always lived in the Garden Ridge area. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of your tall, sandy haired employee named Edwin. The other employees are a pleasure to work with including the manager. I've literally watched Edwin verbally argue with many customers as well as refuse use of the restroom to customers (myself included). He may not be a bad person, but you are losing customers which in turn, is lost sales. This solely rests on Edwin's interactions with your customers.

This gas station could be doing really well with a facelift to the store and getting rid of the employee in the picture.I don't let my friends or family stop there on their way to my home in Garden Ridge anymore. He is a horrible person. I've visited more than once thinking it may have been a one time occurrence. He should not be allowed around people.

The customer service that this store has sucks. If you hate your job then leave! Geez. Just bc you're miserable doesn't mean you have to pawn that off on everyone else! Just sayin.

Chuby guy on the afternoon treat my husband and me bad. I said hi and he just gave us up and down look. Wanted to buy a lottery ticket and I asked for them an he was all mean didn’t told me anything.We’re tourist, just got out of the caverns after having a good time and having that type of treat it ain’t nice. He should be changed or fire. ????????????????????????

DO NOT go to this store. The staff are so RUDE they do not want your business. Mainly the tall blond headed guy. If he is there just turn around and walk out. The store is a trashy dump anyway.

It's alright not the best bathroom but if you need to go it's good enough. I did not ask the clerk to use his rewards card but he automatically selects rewards on the card reader and swipes his card to get the points which I think is not fair since it's our money he is gettin points off of but whatever.

I cannot believe this is the only gas station/convenience store near such an affluent area! Garden Ridge deserves a much nicer store to use! It is such a dirty, scary store with hardly any items inside! You wouldn't want to purchase them anyway since they look very old and possibly dangerous! I'd give it "0" stars if that choice was available! Someone could make a fortune if they would put in a new/well maintained gas station/store near the Garden Ridge subdivisions!!!

Clerk never allows customers to use the restroom, said it's locked and there's no key. So, where does the employee go?!? Which was my reason as to NOT buying gas from there!
