I use this gum every time I travel to Galveston. I love the Island feel. all the members seem to be in sync. there's a mutual respect The owners are professional athletes and have great attitudes toward respecting the clientele. I really enjoy the quiet atmosphere and always get an intense workout.

We stay in RV resorts in Galveston & work out here while there. It's small but has all of the necessary equipment to get our workout in. And, they offer monthly memberships with no contract.

Been a member for a few years now. Only complaint is that the cardio equipment is a bit dated. It’s functional, but has limitations. Elliptical machines bind up if you want to go faster than 70 rpm…. annoying, but tolerable.

I recently purchased a 2nd home on Pirates Beach and signed up for a membership at the gym. Mike, the owner is very knowledgeable and personable. He has helped me tremendously in my work outs.

Had a conversation with the owner after moving here from Colorado for the winter. I admire how proud they are of themselves and their operation. They didn’t rush the conversation to get to something more important than potential clientele. Thanks for the free coffee and 1st work out.

Great gym! I am a competitive bodybuilder. I needed a place to work out. This was the right fit being available 24 hours. Very clean and all the machines worked properly. We will be joining with a family membership.

We worked out here while staying at the Holiday Inn near Jamaica Beach. It is a great gym. Very clean and has everything you need for a good pump. We got to meet the owner, he’s a really cool guy! Highly recommend if you are in Galveston!

It's a small gym with 2 rooms and a lot of machines packed in. One side has a short ceiling so tall people will have trouble doing overhead exercises or pullups. On the side with cardio machines the ceiling is a little taller that allows for those activities. There's not a lot of options for gyms in this area. As long as it's not busy it's functional

My favorite gym I have ever had a membership at. The owner Mike is so amazing. Showed me how to use every piece of equipment & is always so sweet everytime I talk to him. He’s very personable and knows everyone by their name. Very welcoming gym with great equipment. It’s also open 24/7 & i always feel safe coming here late at night. Best gym on the island!

A nice surprise for a small Island locale! We are visiting from AL, staying at Holiday Inn vacation club - where there is no gym. Vacations do not mean skipping my workouts so I was thankful the resort had vouchers to use this gym. It's fully loaded with standard cardio equipment, machines, cross fit gear and has everything I could want in a gym! It's also 24 hrs with key code access making it very convenient. I've gone in the mornings between 8-10 am and only a handful If people have been in it while I was there. Gym Owner is very meticulous, has a place for everything and really likes everything in its place. It is clean and they offer the use of towels, fresh water to drink and restrooms on site. There are TV's in the cardio area and music in weight areas. They do offer monthly memberships around $55 a month per person. A little prices, but was well worth the use for vacay!!
