Galveston walmart. I placed an online order Monday night for my SUV who I accidentally drove on a metal debris that cause a huge hole in it. Email stated it be ready tomorrow which is today Tuesday 11am. It said the tire I purchase had 3 in stock. Fast forward to today Tuesday it sent me an alert it was delayed. I said no problem I understand. About 30 minutes later it said it was ready for pick up. I go and ask about my tires to lady outside with a tablet called LAURA she then proceeded with information to find tires. It was given, she then proceeded saying she go see where they are…comes back in 2.5 seconds and tells me their not in the back. I then open my app and said my order WAS CANCELLED by them!! I was furious because it also stated my money wouldn’t be credited in my card & take up to 10 days so I could see my refund. I decided to get off and speak with Personel inside & ask if she could check for me on my tires. Kathleen does so and guess what! The same tires I ordered were THERE! I ask to please get them installed since I was using my temporary spare tire and was not safe to drive around. I had the shocking news that I had to REPAY all over again for installation-balance-warranty and God knows what else. Grand total $250 for 2 tires. Again from online order being cancelled. I called Walmart customer service and they tell me their that basically “they couldn’t do anything “ to contact GALVESTON WALMART & let them know my situation. I will also be doing so but wanted to make everyone aware of the poorly situation & how terribly it was handle. So be aware of this employee who is lazy and doesn’t check more thoroughly on the inventory that cause me to pay TWICE for the same tire she said that none were left and they had nothing similar to it!! SHAME on you for not working correctly and now I’m having to wait up to ten days for my money to be reflected back in my account.

Refused to help customers buying potting soil to use as sandbags for upcoming tropical storm. I've had issues for years with Walmarts across the country but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Never again will I buy anything from Walmart. I wish I could give a zero rating.

This place was a horrible experience. I have an autistic daughter who will not go into public restrooms by herself. The men's rooms were closed as we're the family restrooms and the lady cleaning the men's room basically told me to f off. She didn't care one bit about my daughter. This place is pretty terrible
