I’ve known Juan Ventura for about 20 years. I consider him as a good friend. He is very passionate about his work and his customers. I’m very please with his work and the passionate he has to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. I highly recommend that you stop if you have a minor or major problem with your car. He will give you good advice and resolution to fix your vehicle.

Hector was amazing to work with! Our SUV broke down with what we thought may have been a transmission issue after a 17 hour road trip. Most auto repair shops were closed on a Saturday, so it didn’t appear we’d be able to be seen until Monday. Hector was recommended to us by a local, and he squeezed us in to his busy schedule, properly diagnosed the problem (and even noted an additional problem) and had us back on the road that afternoon! I was so impressed with the diagnostic skills, his timely repair, and accommodating our needs as “out-of-towners.” He was fair and trustworthy and if we lived closer, he’d definitely be our regular mechanic. Do NOT go here. My 17 yo daughter took her car here because her AC wasn't blowing. Her Dad owns an AC business up in Conroe and he put freon in her car. So, there was already freon in it. Anyway, they called two hours after she dropped it off. Said it was ready and the total was $440. They said they didn't have to replace any parts. He said that it had no freon so they filled it up and the fan wasn't blowing so they had to mess around with the wires to get it working. My daughter had already taken my car to work so I called an Uber to take me to pick up her car from the shop. I get there and the same guy tells me that it is $465. I told him that's not what he quoted me when he called me 15 minutes earlier. He said he would go ahead and do $440 this time. So, my wallet was in my car that my daughter had at work so I transfer the money to my son's bank account so we can use his card. Then the guy proceeds to tell me that we can't pay with my son's card because his name isn't on the car. He said to walk down to an ATM and get cash. I told him there's a $400 limit at the ATM, he said I could pay the other $40 by CashApp. I told him I could pay the whole amount by CashApp. He said okay then gave me the QR code to pay. I paid to his daughter's CashApp account. Let me get this straight. We couldn't pay with my son's bank card but we could pay to his daughter's CashApp?!? Whatever, we paid, got the car, and left. Drove the car straight to my daughter's job and swapped out her car for mine. At 10:30 PM, my daughter calls me. She is stranded on the seawall. Her car is dead. It won't start. Come to find out, they Cut the fan relay open with a knife and stuck a stick down in it so that it kept the fan running all the time, which in turn killed her battery and left her stranded late at night. I really was going to keep my mouth shut and let it slide but not only did they take advantage of my daughter but they put her in a dangerous situation so I had to let others know about their "shade tree" practices. And btw, we are not tourists, we live here!!PS: Businesses who respond to Reviews with snide remarks and insults are NOT professional at all.Services: Auto A/C recharge

Do not buy from these people I bought a car from them and got my own financing so cash to them and they won't give me both keys they told me they had another key and I would get it when my plates come in now they say they lost it. They lie and con you they have no reason to keep my key now they won't even talk to me I saw the girl I bought it from run out of the office and got in her car and sped away when I pulled up. Do not trust these people.

Went here for a clutch and rear main seal replacement, when I got my car back it was grinding in third gear, idling very high and shooting large amounts of oil. Then to fix the items that they broke they charged me 280. Very unorganized, and they dont answer the phone if you call them. Do not go here!Services: Oil change

I don't recommend EVER buying a car from them. The women in office are rude and don't follow their contract. One even said she would charge me an extra $50 for MY TITLE once I paid off car because "she didn't like my attitude" after her being rude to me! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We were heading to the island for a family vacation weekend and our check engine light came on. My son is a mechanic and helped me diagnose what my car needed while I was enroute to Galveston. I called every single repair place in Galveston for hours getting quotes and trying to get service from 9am to noon. I finally spoke to Hector who was very helpful and told me to head on over just as soon as we hit the island and he would help me get the car back on the road. All I needed was new spark plugs. Within 5 minutes of arriving he had someone already working on my vehicle. He noticed a coil pack was bad and replaced it for me, all within an hour and for less than others quoted. He was very helpful and friendly and made our trip continue so smoothly. I highly recommend this shop!Services: Tuning
