Each time I have used their services their help has been excellent. I do all of my mailing at their store. The majority of my packages are shipped using UPS and a small portion has been the other, USPS. Also, the USPS mail sent through this store has a higher chance of reaching its destination because it has less hands touching it.
The UPS store is the new USPS as far as I am concerned.

I was SO impressed with this location. I visited friends in Galveston and shipped a set of wine glasses home to Colorado . They wrapped EVERY glass for me and packed them in a very secure box. When they arrived, none were broken. I expected to lose a few in transit. Hoorah to this location!!!

I came to get a letter notarized, as I always come here for it and i've never had an issue till now. The letter I had was in spanish and the lady who attended me didn't speak spanish so she told me they can't notorize it if they don't understand it. Next to her there was a lady who is bilingual, and I know because before I always came in to get letters notorized by her. And she was just agreeing with the girl that if she doesn't understand it she cant do it and instead of the bilingual lady helping me she just ignored that I still needed the letter notorized. I don't understand what was so hard for her to help me as she was right there! And it was the actual bilingual lady who is the notorizer herself that didn't want to help me. Terrible service

I had a package shipped to the store. Tracking showed it arrived and so it did. It rankled some that my charge was $10, not the $5 I expected. Piracy imo.

This store is horrible!!! Their employees are complete trash!! One employee, a short guy with a beard was rude to me and told me to f- off!!! I asked to see his manager and she didn't do anything about it!! She acted like it was no big deal. I've been coming to this store for years but now they've lost a costumer.
