He took my little beach truck, a 2002 Tacoma, and made it look brand new. Well other than the oxidation on the hood that only a new paint job will fix. $150 and it looks fantastic! Get there early, they only take so many a day. I got there at 8 and there were already two in front of me. Quality work, no detail left undone, down to the dusty AC vents! ??

It says open until 5pm. I drove to get there by 2. I had trouble finding it so I called. I was around the corner he said but told me not accepting any more cars “ he was open at 8” so he just closes and turns away a customer one street over?? I have cancer and so I’m sick Saturday mornings after chemo… so I needed it done in afternoon… why say open until 5 if your just going to close and turn customers away at 2! Disrespectful. I work Monday to Friday then chemo Friday afternoon so Saturday was my only day for car wash and he knew I was close by and could have said bring it in, but no he said not accepting cars because he’s been open since 8! Must be nice to just close up and not work a full day. Terrible service !!

This gentleman and his team do amazing work. Tip good because they deserve it. Got a wash and wax today, he removed scuffs from the paint. This man appears to be a perfectionist and inspects every car personally before you drive away. Highly recommend them.

Wish I had taken before photos! My car looks BRAND NEW! It was totally worth it. I arrived at 7:15 and there was already one ahead of me. They open at 8, but they started letting us in earlier. I left my car and wandered around downtown Galveston while they worked. I also had to go to ATM because they only take cash or check. Just a FYI. It was 2-1/2 hours later before I got my car back, but it was worth every second. No dog hair, dirt, bugs, road asphalt, pelican poop, or any other speck of dirt I could find. See photos! The charge was $150. 5/3/23

Mr. Ray is hands-on with the service he provides. Makes sure you're satisfied with the work. Makes your vehicle look as close to show room ready, as you can expect. Especially if it's an older one, like mine!

I called Turners Car Shampoo to get some help and information about if they can assist me with the inside of my car and car door being wet and stained from accidentally leaving the window down overnight . My question was if he could extract the water from my carpet floor and seat , he then cut me off and rudely said “we shampoo ,yes . And it will not just be on part of your car . You have to pay for the whole thing .” First off , that was not my question . I was asking because other car detailing places iv called do not have a water extractor , and I wanted to make sure they had one . Second , my next question was can he get the water stains off my door , he cut me off again and said “lady , that’s what I’m telling you we can do all inside for 80$ “ . I live off the island , I did not want to waste gas if I got there and my needs weren’t met . Thanks for the no help . Get better customer service . Adding onto my stress did not help any . Have a great day .

The detail they put into your vehicle is fantastic, I got the basic and my car came out pretty much new. The price is good for the amount of details they put in, they are hard working people and honest. I will definitely go back again. Thank you for the great work, y'all made my day
