“I don’t like to be negative on here and only give positive reviews. Carlos ‘s tire shop is great! They helped me repair my tire once and I bought a used tire that was basically new. With great prices. Then I was there today when my parents neighborhood was flooding, and it pulled off part of a protective sheet under my car when I drove through it trying to find a better parking spot. They were open on Labor Day and willing to help. They took it off for me for very little money. These people are great! They’ve saved me twice, and I really appreciate it and for virtually no money. Thank you, Carlos tire shop!”

“I was in Galveston for a short vacation and had a flat tire upon arrival that I needed to have assessed for repair/replacement. Steve’s Warehouse Tires was recommended by each local auto shop I called so I made a trip in late in the afternoon with no appointment expecting that I would have to leave my car and pick it up the next day.
Instead, the team saw me immediately, identified the issue being a screw embedded in the tread of the tire, patched the tire and had me out of the door and back on the road in under 15 minutes. Additionally, they wished me a happy stay in Galveston and didn’t charge me.
The hospitality and support I received at a potentially bleak moment for my family and me was nothing short of spectacular.

“Was traveling in the area and got a nail almost in the side of the tire. Which wasn't patchable. Was kinda concerned about getting ripped off in the area considering we wasn't from around here. Called around and they quoted $12 for patch, but ended up buying a used tire with a little over half tread $80 out the door. More than I wanted to spend but didn't want to spend half a day of my vacation driving around. Staff was pleasant service completed in a timely manner. I would recommend”

“AC was just not cooling and we were getting ready to leave Galveston for home. A 360 mile trip in record breaking heat was just not going to work for us. Manager Jon got us in the queue right at beginning of 4th of July holiday. Problem solved by recharging system and VOILA! on the road will COLD air (makes a difference when it's 102). “I’m a chick that TOTALLY RECOMMENDS this well staffed tire shop! While on a brief getaway, noticed my car was pulling left & some tremor of the steering wheel…. the gentleman observed & diagnosed right in front of me… yeah, i was with my husband, who followed me over to the location but STILL… clearly explained issue & gave remedy, not pushing his product & n/c me for his help.
