Every time I have the opportunity to visit these beautiful souls, I get excited. Have never said that about the post office. Family run business that actually care about their customers and get to know everyone that gets to walk through their doors. They may make you dance, lol. Best soundtrack playing always. I'm consistently impressed with the wonderful service at The Galveston Mailroom. The owners make you feel like part of their family. They've been incredibly helpful with mailing packages and also offer notary services. Their warm and friendly approach sets them apart. If you're seeking a mailroom with a personal touch, I highly recommend them!

Had the best experience, I needed to get some notary done and it was for out of state and my credit union told me they didn't do out of state and I came here and they took care of me, printed the documents off of my phone for me says to me with a notary just a real friendly place and now they got a new exterior around. The whole shopping center is very nice and the inside smells amazing

Dec 10, 2022 I went here for the first time because I had a Fed Ex return. The store has all the packing and package materials you need, as well as, getting your passport and photo. Ask their services in the photos I attached Very friendly staff

I sent 4 boxes of goodies to my SIL in London and knew I needed help packing. I have been using these guys for years and they never disappoint. They packed my things while I waited with friendly service and plenty of conversation. I will use again.

I have just moved here and have a lot of issues with needing things notarized and mailed back home ect. The amazing people who own this place have been accommodating to say the least. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond. I will be using them for any of the services they provide from here on out, and strongly recommend everyone else do the same

Shipped my deceased grandmother giraffe sculpture from galveston to Arkansas for my siblings after she passed. The package and the item were extremely damaged.Spoke to someone about filing a claim, and was told I needed a receipt with I no longer have.They told me to find a similar one online and send them a screenshot showing the price. And was told it would work.Never heard back, so I reached back out again and they told me they need receipt now.Overall just not a good experience.

I had a horrible experience the lady that works there is very plesant,The guy her son is very rude and has no tolerance for people who don’t under standing. He thinks the world is sitting around trying to figure out how to get over on him. I m just trying to figure out how to get my paper work filled out and get it on its way as quickly as possible. He is the reason I do not trust people. I’m going threw a lot and I don’t have time to play games. I’m doing the best I can to just live. You don’t know my story. I am not very smart, and at another time he called me stupid that time I decided not to let it go. He also speaks to other people harsh and inappropriately. I just say if you go get the lady to help you . You’ll have a better experience. In fact if you go over to the UPS store the lady was very helpful and nice explaining to me .
