I was in Galveston for a short vacation and had a flat tire upon arrival that I needed to have assessed for repair/replacement. Steve’s Warehouse Tires was recommended by each local auto shop I called so I made a trip in late in the afternoon with no appointment expecting that I would have to leave my car and pick it up the next day.
Instead, the team saw me immediately, identified the issue being a screw embedded in the tread of the tire, patched the tire and had me out of the door and back on the road in under 15 minutes. Additionally, they wished me a happy stay in Galveston and didn’t charge me.
The hospitality and support I received at a potentially bleak moment for my family and me was nothing short of spectacular.

Went in to see how much for a set of 4 tires for my Smart Car. They did have trouble finding them and then phoned me and told me 1900.00 for a set of four installed and balanced. I fell to the floor and said I would think about it. I am a tourist from Canada and definitely know they were taking advantage of that. Meanwhile one quick check on Amazon and found the Continental tires I needed for less then 500.00....and installation at another shop for 100.00.beware fellow travellers this shop will hose you and laugh afterwards.

Came to get my tire checked for low tire pressure- found out there was a nail in one of the tires. I was 2nd in line but the wait was not long. I got to stay inside my vehicle but there is also a waiting area in the office if you want to wait there. Was in and out quick and they got me fixed asap! Everyone was efficient, nice and friendly!

I returned from a trip & had a flat tire. I had my dog with me so I was concerned about the heat. I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Very nice people & excellent service. This was the only tire that looked like this, and strangely, it was only on one spot.

Went to NTB said my new tire wasn’t repairable due to screw is very close to the knuckle. These guys fixed it no problem??????? NTB SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I used to have my tires done at Steve's when I was younger, and only stopped going because I moved away. Coming back to galveston, I now realize why I loved Steve's tires so much! I had the worst night with a blowout that turned out to be a bent rim due to a pothole. I went somewhere else first and was treated very rude I left in tears and I stopped by Steve's. Kevin jumped right out of the truck in front of me, came and looked at my car within minutes and said get in line and we'll see if we can fix it better than it is. I was there maybe 15 minutes and my rim was fixed. His staff is completely professional and you actually deal with the family yourself. It's not one of those places with someone's name on it, but you never actually deal with that person. This is family owned by an amazing family. There were several other customers around dealing with him while I was there in those few minutes and every single one of them left happy. I definitely recommend Steve's tires for any issue that he offers service on!

Absolute terrible tire shop. After speaking with Kevin multiple times over the phone they don’t do what they say and leave the customer holding the bag for it. Avoid at all costs!

Wow, these guys are great! Fast & friendly service! I had an alignment done on my Jeep Gladiator & tire rotation. I had to leave to go to a funeral, so they told me to return for the tire rotation. I did, they remembered me & took care of it quickly! They are also price fairly. We will definitely return.
