One had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Kim sent me a handwritten note in the box with the first pillow explaining the situation with her phone number. She kept me up to date during this process. I was delighted when the second pillow arrived as promised! I wish I didn’t live across the country so that I could visit this shop personally. “I usually do not shop at beauty supply stores. I get most of my beauty items online. As a african american woman I am very familiar with beauty supply stores and awful customer service. I personally stop going to beauty supply stores about ten years ago after just being tired of being treated like a thief or something. This is honestly the first time in my whole life that i've ever stepped in a beauty supply store and actually felt welcomed. I was greeted by a friendly asian woman and she was actually holding genuine conversation. They have quite a selection of hair care products and hair weeds and extensions. They also have clothes jewelry sunglasses and I think they have a small shoe selection. This isn't the biggest beauty supply store that I've ever been in, but I will say that it's very well stocked. If you actually like shopping in beauty supply stores Or if you're just in a pinch; I'd totally recommend this place.”
