We went to this store looking to match some old paint. Easter went above and beyond to help us match the paint. Kudos to her. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I will shop here again.

Went in today to pick out a color for our nursery and we were very excited! However, the customers service we received was very rude and as if I was inconveniencing them. We are new to paint and weren’t sure exactly what we needed to know besides the color…he just pointed at the wall and said “this explains that”… sadly we will be going to Home Depot for the rest.

I had a good experience. I called Ito make sure the color paint that I was looking for was in stock. They were friendly on the phone. The sales person helped prepare the color and recommend the right paint brush.

Mangers are absolutely terrible at this location and flat out lazy. Wonderful employees, but mangers need to step up and help out when it’s busy.

Went into the store to purchase a bucket of paint, but they refused to sell it to me since I didn't have an account with them. The associate told me "I can't sell it to you since we need an account, since we're a wholesale company"

Unbelievable service today. We were overcharged by almost $80 and they have no idea how to fix it. What's worse is the manager would not even come out to discuss. He flat out refused to speak to us. Really wish there was another SW on the island. They are banking on a captive audience. Check your receipts carefully.

I have had great experiences in the past month on that store, still no hi or I will be with you in a few minutes. But better, I then there was a lady with a horrible attitude her name was Lauren I did leave the store went to home depo And bought what I needed for the day but I went back to the store to get my paint hopping that there would be someone else to get my order . I was in luck but I didn't want a bad attitude or a bad day from some to ruin my day.

I don't understand! I have purchased the same paint I'm looking for today, here at this store. Suddenly today he can't give me the shade I need the "system won't allow it" so I had to buy the more expensive paint. Long story short I ended up buying the paint I want (promar 200) at another store. All 15 gallons of it. They color match, no problem!

Competent and courteous staff. Wide range of interior and exterior products. Vast selection of colors. Painted the exterior of our house with the latitude product. We are very pleased with the finish and durability. Highly recommend it for your house exterior.
