Called for a cab to go back to the hotel was told they would be to pick us up in 10 minutes. One hour later they never showed up so we stopped a different cab to take us to the hotel. With service like this we will never use Ready Set Go cab service again.

My favorite place to go when I'm in Galveston for swimwear, great tops, and cool hats!!! I live in Houston but go there when I need a new swimsuit because they have good quality and are very reasonable priced. I love the variety of tops they sell. I get some really nice ones there that I dress up with jewelry and look great for evening wear. I find that all of their prices are relatively low with quality products. They've got a nice snack bar, too, and sell Bluebell Ice Cream.

We pulled up at 740 pm. There was a lady at the door. SIGNALING NO! Instead of opening the door and explaining why they were closed even though online said midnight and their open signs still ON. She just signals no while she was on her cellphone.

Best place in Galveston for souvenirs, swimsuits, cover-ups, hats, beach toys, water toys, swim shoes, beach items, beach towels, jewelry, shorts, t-shirts, hand bags, tote bags, and terrific ladies tops. The prices are better than any other shop in Galveston, too. Plus, they have a combination gas station/convenience store/grill that sells a variety of items including sodas, beers, cigarettes, sunscreen, and first aid supplies. In addition, the grill has a nice food selection such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and fried shrimp. They also sell Bluebell Ice Cream.

Our driver, Alex was amazing!!! We were late due to the traffic for our cruise and he patiently waited for us and was very kind and helpful!! We will definitely be using this company again!!

As a travel agent of 5 years I would not recommend this transportation company. The way I was yelled at for not having a full group of 15 people on our return pick up was unimaginable. I did not confirm a number coming back as I knew it would differ from the drop off. Some of our group had early flights and departed the ship before me.This was embarrassing at best. I had to find us another ride, which they were plentiful at port.Best Western Plus Inn and Suites at 102 Seawall please reconsider recommending this train wreck of a company.

The owner was extremely rude. Went in to buy a sweatshirt and a drink. Asked to use the restroom (they serve food here too) owner started ranting about people needing to use the restroom at home before they get out. And ranting and ranting. I will never spend a dime in this store. Horrible horrible customer. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

If I could give negative stars I would. I got ride from the cruise terminal which was supposed to have set rates to the hotel. The driver never turned on the meter and charged me double when we got to the hotel. The driver refused to give us our bags until we paid him in cash. Called the owner and he said he would call me back, he never did and blocked my number when I called him back again after not hearing from him all day. This is a very SHADY company!!!

Outstanding one-stop-shop for souvenirs, gifts, clothing, drinks, snacks, beach rentals, gas and so much more. Also, dine-in or take out from Big Amos's restaurant from Thursday-weekend. Fried shrimp, fish & fries were fresh, delicious, and made with love.

The folks are nice, but... I went inside because it was hot and I had a mad craving for a scoop of ice cream. I skipped Wendy's and Chik fil A for a scoop. All regret. The guy couldn't describe the flavor he gave me. It looked like vanilla. My daughter tasted it and said it tasted like cottage cheese. I tasted it and decided the flavor was rotten sour ice cream. I threw it away went to my hotel room and threw it up to be on the safe side. Ickkk

This place is a total ripoff, they over charge for every single item and I mean every single item. There is a restaurant inside also that sucks, and forget about trying to wash your hands or use the restroom it has been "broken" for years now, a food establishment should have a working restroom or at least a place to wash your hands. But if your are into getting overcharged and getting treated like this is the place for you.
