VERY RUDE customer service. I called to inquire pricing about a specific service and all she said was the price and hung up in my face. LOL, glad I won't be patronizing this type of business.

Rouz is the best on the island. She listens and respects her customers. She will give you the cut you want. She also advises folks not to do certain treatments that would damage or harm their hair--even if this means she doesn't makes as much money. Rouz did an excellent job! I was in the process of growing my hair to a mid length style and it had gotten quite unruly. As a guy, most places I had been before just buzz it. She knows a lot about hair and asked all the right question to give me a great style suggestion that I'm very happy with. She also gave me a lot of information on my hairtype and even some care instructions that are working well for me.
