Always find what you need! My sister needed a black cardigan for our cruise. Luckily as soon as she walked into the doors there was 2 different sizes for her to choose from. You can always find a bargain here!

On 12/14/2023 at 6:36pm Matea rang my husband and charged his card twice the manager only refunded 1 transaction even after my husband returned the items he bought. He asked for the second refund for the items he returned and they dismissed him and told him the first transaction declined but it showed on his bank account that he was charged twice. The manager on duty was not helpful at all she could not give me a clear answer on why they couldn’t refund both charges. She said that this happens all the time when the system freezes but if this is a known factor why do they not get it fixed. Horrible customer service on both parties the employees should be given working system so they can thrive and be the best store they can be. The answer I got from management was unacceptable “this happens all the time” this is ridiculous then they said I had to call a 1800 number if the refunds weren’t returned. They need better workers and management who can give a clear answer on why their system double charges. Associates 2051633 and 2357132 need to be retrained or fired horrible people.

Great selection of items at this Ross. I’m always satisfied to find affordable, stylish dresses at this location during vacation. Fitting rooms could be better maintained/doors better locked.

Friendly staff, lots of interesting fall and Halloween decor. Bargains in the cookware and pet dept. I have lots of shoes and clothing so I didn't check out those sections but they seemed well stocked
