I had rented a unit back I. may to place my belongings in storage after the company O worked for sold our facility.
I found it hard to catch a good time see the place in person but had no choice. Unfortunately the day of the rental I had a medical emergency and did not store any item in the unit . I informed them of my disposition but they were very slow to respond . I prefer to be able to call a business directly . This place is ran by an out of state operators . The lay out was also a challenge . They have very few carts on property and very small place you can load . As you walk in to the place you will find it will be an uphill battle the to he your things to your unit . The cart doesn’t not help so rent Dollie’s you will need them .
Don’t expect customer service or amenities because there are none and nearest of the online rental page as it is very deceiving.
I will never rent here as it is too much of a hardship to get your things up the ramp . I am thankful I never did move my things in.
The operation times are also hit and miss .

August 28, 2024: Updated due to response from Company. Please just let me know who the legal owners are - not CopperSafe Storage Management company, the legal owners of this facility. Everything you just stated is not my experience and I do have a police report and sworn officer statements to what I experienced and the state of the property from when this happened. So maybe that caused alarm and it was changed but I can assure you I never was compensated for the thousdands of dollars of damage that occurred to my property because the insurance does not cover "gross negligence" of the property owner. I had pest, flood, hurricane - every rider but that was the loophole given to not pay me out and why I got an attorney. August 2024 - Lawyers are unable to find the true owners of this dilapidated building to sue them. Also, I can see my review but when I go to other accounts, no one else can. People are still being scammed by this horrible company and losing their precious belongings to mold, rat feces, and theft by the live-in vagrants! May 2023 - Warning has a mold infestation. Everything is ruined. Not climate-controlled since April 2023 per Management Company despite charging customers that and not warning them to move things out. See prior reviews in the last month I just noticed!! Never contacted any renters & they knew?!? I have been only renting for less than 2 months. Needed to move furniture out for a remodel. Went last night to tag items to move back into home today and the smell of mold like post-Ike hit me the moment I opened the door to the facility. Opened the unit an everything covered in mold. Called police as this is public-health issue and insurance always needs reports after management said that AC went out during April storm and entire facility has been using back-up emergency power. Went back this morning with remediation crew, had to leave most expensive leather items and furnishings too damaged and too much of a risk of contamination. Took items sealed and they are being remediated now. I did purchase insurance. Also, AC guy sleeping with tarps over what looked like broken AC units in the back of his truck there this morning. Not sure what kind of cover up this is but I and everyone in that facility have just lost 10's of thousands in property. again, my property has only been in there since last day of March, so less than 2 months and it's ruined!

I’m def happy with this whole experience and process it was super easy getting set up which I did by making a reservation and they sent me a link to complete the process from the comfort of my own home and I haven’t been harassed with calls telling me I don’t have a lock on my unit yet which is giving stress free vibes and I’m very pleased! Looking forward to a laid back experience which is what it seems to be so far so thanks!!

Larissa hooked me up with a unit perfect for my storage needs. I had made a previous visit and was contemplating options, then the Hurricane hit and threw me off course from finalizing a Storage lease. Larissa was proactive in her follow up; contacting me when the perfect unit became available.

Larissa, on-site property manager, makes selection, sign up and move in a delight. Moving and storage is difficult enough. She brings a sense of calm and confidence to an otherwise stressful situation.
As much as we’d like to snap our fingers to make all our stuff “disappear,” storing it at this great location and with Larissa is the next best thing.
