“Really great! A beautiful store with beautiful service. We loved shopping there. It's right on Seawall Blvd, across from the beach. They have Sushi there where it is freshly made. Also their baked goods are so delicious. We also saw lots of pretty cakes. The vegetable are looking really good. I got a beautiful bunch of parsley and also some fruits, some fruits I had never seen before. They have a large variety of fruits and vegetables plus fresh juices. We got our favorite milk too with the cream on the top that comes in a glass bottle. What more could you want? We loved it.”

“pharmacist Portia Scott at this location was absolutely magnificent. I am a person that never writes reviews, but the level of her customer service that she had delivered is of the highest magnitude that for the general public is rare to encounter and easy to dismiss with a simple "thanks", but THIS undoubtedly deserves recognition, and that I fully support. originally I had went to the Walgreens seawall location, and I found that the pharmacy was CLOSED with ZERO indication on the website, or automated phone system, and I was met with paper instructions of inconvenience to travel to the other Walgreens location on 61st street. I comprehend that unexpected circumstances in life happen, and am hopeful that this pharmacist at seawall Walgreens is good, but there must be a better method to notify customers. my poor grandfather is experiencing the aftermath of a surgical procedure, and he had tried to contact the store for 2 hours, and he was unsuccessful to receive any response. The attention and genuine care that Ms. Portia Scott gave was emotional for me, considering the predicament of my grandfather, and she went above and beyond to provide the prescription that was needed. I give my utmost respect and sincere gratification for this pharmacist. I appreciate your wonderfulness Ms. Portia.”

“After filling prescriptions at just about every major pharmacy available on Galveston Island, I feel comfortable enough to say that my experience at Randall's pharmacy has been the best one. I realize there are not enough pharmacies on the island because it's obvious if you pay attention, they are all crazy busy. I think it says a lot about a business to watch how they operate under stress. Walgreens is by far the worst, highly recommend you avoid both of them around here. But Randall's, they're pretty great. While they wouldn't get my son's insurance information from another pharmacy when the bill came out to over $400, she did write down what I needed to ask for on the phone. They're also nice when you speak to them, and they don't rush you away. I ended up moving all of my medications to Randall's even though its clear on the other side of the island from my home.”

I called to set a pickup for a prescription for my syringe needles and I was informed I did not have any prescriptions available being that it was a Sunday I couldn’t call my Doctor HOWEVER Andrew the pharmacist there accommodated me to help get me through the test of my day here!Thank you Andrew so much !!”
“There's 2 Walgreens on the island, and the 1 on the east end is my favorite. I'm not knocking the west end store, but I prefer this 1. It's more laid back and slower paced just like island life. I also get my prescriptions there, and it's within walking distance from my PCP's office, so it's also convenient.”

“I don't usually have issues at this pharmacy, although I HAVE had a major issue ~1.5yrs ago with this particular location all of a sudden not allowing me to refill a controlled substance I had been filling HERE for 3 years straight. I know I wasn't the only victim of this because upon calling other pharmacies in the near vicinty, I was told they were flooded with requests for that medication & couldn't take on anymore new clients.”

“Wow! This CVS store has been added to my top 3 favorite standing at #1 ) I was Visiting the Island placed a pick up order for multiple items it was ready by 7am all items in stock which came to my surprise to have all items in stock with no substitutions needed.Walked in for pick up the staff is amazing very nice and helpful.They even left a note on my bag! Not to exaggerate but this cvs experience was probably the highlight of the trip. I would shop there EVERYDAY if this store was in my city.The store is clean didn’t see a single shelf that wasn’t fully stocked and the staff just wow left me speechless.”

“Forgot my charger on my recent trip to Galveston stopped in the CVS to pick one up. They have them behind locks so I had to have the cashier come over and unlock the item. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. She let me look at the item and verify it was the one I needed. Great customer service.”
