2302 61st St B, Galveston“Went to visit Galveston for the family vacation and lost a teenagers cell phone along the way! We decided to head to the nearest T-Mobile location. We were able to locate the this location and was greeted by Matt B. We informed Matt B of the situation we were in and Matt B knew exactly what to do. Unfortunately we did not want to wait for the warranty coverage which was, of course, the first option so Matt found the plan the worked for our situation. I don't usually take time to write reviews but Matt B. and Isaac A. really saved the day! And I got a cool new smart watch!! We all walked out happy and satisfied customers. Thank you for the time and pleasant experience!”

2717 61st St, Galveston“Customer service should get 5 stars, T-Mobile structure bumps it down to 4. Here's why, I needed to replace my phone went to Metro T-Mobile. Chelsie was very helpful explaining the different phones without pressuring me to purchase. I left to do some research and returned ready to buy the phone she had recommended and accessories (case and screen protector). Then, I mentioned I'm a T-Mobile customer and she explained that she can't make the sale as Metro is separate from T-Mobile!?? - losing the sale after she did all the work! I would need to go down the street a couple of blocks to the T-Mobile not Metro to make the purchase. Disappointed I went down the street to the T-Mobile store and they didn't have it stock (will review that experience separately)! When I asked about the relationship between Metro and T-Mobile they stated that T-Mobile is the Parent company of Metro who can only do "after purchase service..." Couldn't figure out what this meant, but suggested they fix this! I asked if they could coordinate the sale with Metro who had it in stock and got a hard no. (?) So, know this ahead of time, and plan accordingly. Chelsie is very customer focused, its too bad that the T-Mobile structure prevented her and the T-Mobile shop down the road from getting the sale.”

This lady is amazing! I was in the store looking for a new phone, while another customer was there, and this guy was hostile and irate and huffing and puffing and YESSENIA handled him with absolute professionalism. She never flinched or raised her voice and I was highly impressed with her demeanor!!!!!
I left the store and came back the next day and YESSENIA helped me find the perfect phone and she VERY patiently dealt with my old broken phone and managed to get all my data transferred. I couldn't believe how seamless she made this transaction.

“I went to Verizon today to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 13 Pro to the latest edition. I met Tommy Igo - a young military veteran. Tommy provided me with a great experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional during each step of the process. He help me troubleshoot multiple issues and found a way to solve all of them. I was able to walk out of the store with a brand new phone paying the same amount as I did before, and no need to worry about syncing apps or data, which is usually a pain in the butt. He did it all for me and I highly recommend him.”
