I have been a customer for 8 months and I will have to change companies because they do not offer me a cell phone or better service and when I pay they have made me go up to three times because they do not do it immediately

I've been a customer for over 3yrs. Asked the lady at the counter if I could get an upgrade she laughed as if I were insane, the other coworker who was there was sitting where customers are supposed to be and didn't even look up from playing his game. Oh and the manager I'm assuming, told me if I want a upgraded phone switch providers. I've been with Metro for 3+yrs. This is extremely unacceptable. I called corporate and they assured me I can get an upgrade.

I can't put a zero star so let me tell you an old lady came in talking to one of the sales ladies so the other sales lady was really really rude to her and she wouldn't stop being ugly to the customer do not come to this Metro T-Mobile please not only was she rude to that lady then she was rude to another customer refused him service and then someone else came and she refused him well they just lost a huge self from me cuz I wanted my money back after that rude lady was I don't have to be rude to that is not customer service they need to fire her they need to fire that girl cuz they lost money on three customers this one is a very rude place very rude I repeat run do not enter the door you will be talked down to she didn't talk down to me cuz my mouth kept going after that I've worked in customer service all my life I have never treated a customer like that nor will I ever T-Mobile Metro whatever you are y'all better get it right and y'all better get rid of that girl cuz she's losing you money run fast
