"I am extremely happy with the customer service provided by McCoy's Building Supply store in Galveston. The entire staff is amazing, and it all starts with the leadership of the store manager, "COLTON MEIMAN" also known by "The Man". We recently started a new construction project, and I was impressed with how quickly they estimated the entire job in less than a week. They also had all the materials I needed, and I never had to wait longer than the next day, even for rare materials. I believe they deserve 100 stars instead of just 5, but that's the only option here. I can't wait to start my next project, and McCoy's Building Supply in Galveston will always be my favorite store."

I was travelling back home to Oklahoma when I had an issue with my truck. I stopped at McCoys (#01) to buy a tool and fixed it in the parking lot. It wasn't until 4 hours and 250 miles later that I realized I had lost my wallet. I found the receipt and called the store on the off chance I dropped it in the parking lot. The same friendly lady that checked me out answered the phone and was nice enough to check in the parking lot for me. To my relief, she found it! She returned it to me in the mail and I got it a few days later!I cannot thank her enough for taking time to do that for me. It may have seemed like no big deal to her, but losing a wallet is the worst, and it was a huge relief getting it back in the mail.Thanks again, Lisa! You're a life saver!

I went to get a couple of items. The only person I saw was checking out people after walking the whole store. I couldn't find what I was looking for.I've worked in a small lumber company in Wyoming, and this reminded me of it.
