If I could do more than 5 stars I would. There is not enough good things to say about the service at this place. I came here for my makeup and hair for my wedding and everything was perfect. The service the performance was just absolutely flawless. I definitely recommend this company for all your needs. They will deliver thank you so much!Services: Haircut

Booked a massage while in town on vacation. The salon is very nice and friendly staff from the moment you walk in. Massage was fantastic and exactly what I needed. Only a couple of blocks off Seawall Blvd.

I've been a regular at Lulu's for more than 15 years. Lisa and Kathy are the best hairstylists. Their skills are exceptional, and I can trust their opinions for new and fresh styles. The rest of the staff are extremely professional and welcoming. I've also used several of their spa services, including the face treatments. Renee is fantastic! Of course this place is anchored by the legendary Lulu.

Thank you to the stylist who took care of me today for a foriegn fill. She way so sweet and professional. I am from Arizona and she took care of me as if I was her regular Client. Came in for a haircut with the owner Lulu.She washed my long hair in a shallow sink, made it so snarled that it could not be combed out. She started working it with a brush and ripping though it. I stopped her and walked out.Unbelievable that a stylist who has been in business for 30+ years would make such a disaster of my hair. Came back to the condo and I’ve been at it for 45 min and still don’t have all the tangles out.Service: Haircut

This was my first time at Lulu's and my last. I wanted to go darker and I came out blonder than when I went in. It wasn't worth the money I spent there. I also left with multiple dark spots from where she put too much color and lighter spots where she put too much bleach. My back was soaked from when she washed my hair and she got water in my eye. Very upset about my experience.

I do not usually write reviews. I recently had my hair highlighted and cut buy the owner Lulu as my stylist had left the Saloon and the replacement stylist had Covid. I would not recommend Lulu to cut or color hair. Mine hair has uneven highlights, yellow with orange. My original color was platinum which I loved. The cut is uneven on the sides. My hair is flat. I would liken my cut and color experience to that of a trainee hairdresser. To say the least I was very upset.

The two stars are for how kind everyone that worked there really were. The salon is also very nice and I was looking forward to making it a regular place that I visited- of only my experience had been better. Again, everyone that worked there was very kind, but I’m not sure they were entirely qualified for a couple of reasons. I went in for a lash lift, which i have had 4 precious lash lifts and had never had the issues before that I experienced here. In the middle of the process, my eyes started burning SO bad, which I have never experience my precious technician. After she was done only one side was lifted and the other lash looked the same as before. Her solution was to add more black dye to them, which she proceeded to get in my eye as well and they were bright red before I left. I left with a $100 tab and 100% felt like I had not gotten my money’s worth. Previous I only paid $65 and without the tip.Service: Eyelash extensions

I have been going to Lulu's for years. They are always professional and very friendly. I have an evolve volumizer and Lulu and Kathy have always taken great care with it. During this pandemic, they have taken every precaution to ensure the safety of both employees and clients and I really appreciate that. During the period they had to close, Lulu and her staff called periodically to check on us and to give us updates. Great customer service.

Just a warning about LuLu's salon in Galveston. I've never left a bad review of a place because I choose to have grace with people, but I just don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I came in this morning with my sew ins (on my head) to be washed before leaving for a small vacation, and LuLu (the owner) washed it but MAJORLY tangled it and it became extremely matted in the back. Beyond belief really. It was like nothing I'd ever experienced before. She and another guy for almost two hours we're trying to brush it out before she handed me off to the guy for her next client. They let me leave like that and had me pay. I didn't know how bad it was until I got in the car and leaned back and felt this crazy ball of matted hair in the back. These sew ins were $850 and installation was $250, and were supposed to be good for 2-3 years until I had a simple wash by LuLu this morning, and now the unit is completely ruined and I'm left without hair (super short). I was diagnosed with brain cancer last year and lost all my hair, and finally in January I was able to have sew ins. Now these are ruined and I now have to wear my wig from when I first got cancer. After another salon (major shout out to the wonderful ladies at Studio 3!!) took out my sew ins and did the best they could to style my still very short hair, I went back to LuLus figuring they would understand the damage they did and emotional expense (plus financial expense from this morning and then another salons work to fix part of the first salons mistake) that they would be willing to refund. I spoke to LuLu the owner and she said she never gives refunds only store credit, denied any fault they had denied tangling my hair, said my hair was already matted when I came in (which it was DEFINITELY not, I would've known and she would've said something upon touching my hair before washing) and that she spent two hours trying to "help" me. She also proceeding to pointing out cheapness in my sew ins and making other rude remarks. I eventually cried because of how rude she was being and how emotional my situation is, and she eventually gave me most of the money back. Very upsetting, I've heard this isn't the first time, please be aware that if you have extensions they may ruin them, even the owner herself who deals with extensions and wigs all the time. She may be trying to push her own service called Evolve which she talked about a lot and gave me pamphlets for. -- at LuLu's the Salon & Day Spa.

The ladies took great care of me, my mom and sister for a manicure + pedicure before my sister’s wedding. I got Lee and she was so nice & skilled. All of us almost fell asleep during the massage portion of the pedicure. They care about cleanliness, comfort and safety of their guests.
