to change 2 light bulbs on bmw .... they screwed it all the way up * AND THEY FLAT OUT LIE ... ( I take my business to minute lube on Broadway.....minute lube fixed everything

9/27/2024 There today at 1:30 to ask if I needed two rotors and pads replaced on the front estimate The girl said she’s not a mechanic. Said park the car under the shade he said he’ll Talk to you in about 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and no one came to talk to me. I’ll get my brakes done elsewhere.

This place needs 10 stars cause 5 just doesn't seem enough. We are here on vacation and the flood yesterday caused a plastic pan under the car to come loose. These guys not only fixed it for us but did it super fast and with a smile. If you need any oil changing services I suggest you hit them up! #GoodCustomerServiceMatters

My wife took her car in for an oil change this morning 7/18/24 to have car ready for her trip to Arizona. And with that I will tell you the most insane journey of incompetence and the lack of knowledge to know they screwed up.
1)They put the oil filter cap on in a bind which made all the oil come out of the engine onto the motor.
2) She stopped at ExxonMobil car care when her low oil pressure light came on. She had 2 quarts of oil in trunk so she added those and it was still not showing up on the dipstick so she ran in store and bought 2 more quarts of oil added those and it was just barely showing on dipstick.
3) She than got straight back to KwikKar where they basically pretended like they had no idea who she was, like they have never made a mistake and go somewhere else to get it fixed.
4) When they finally did fix it
there was no sorry we made a mistake and could have ruined your engine and car and stranded you on the side of the road. There was more of a go somewhere else if you have a problem.
Now here's the funny part they would not give the money back for the oil she had to put in car after it all came out. Which is the only way she could get car safely back to Kwik Kar without blowing up engine that they would have had to pay for even if they believe they didn't do anything wrong.
And to have a friendly reminder of their incompetence we get to smell the burning oil left on engine and which never was attempted to be cleaned up.
I have a close friend who has owned a Kwik Kar franchise in Midlothian,TX. His store is and has always been top notch which is why she chose KwikKar in Galveston ,
but there is always one bad ?.

Came from Louisiana for the weekend and had to get an emergency oil change. We came without an appointment and got great service there. Honest and good working. If we come back in Galveston and need an oil change I will definitely go here again. They even washed the windows and checked our filters. Thank you again
