I don't usually have issues at this pharmacy, although I HAVE had a major issue ~1.5yrs ago with this particular location all of a sudden not allowing me to refill a controlled substance I had been filling HERE for 3 years straight. I know I wasn't the only victim of this because upon calling other pharmacies in the near vicinty, I was told they were flooded with requests for that medication & couldn't take on anymore new clients.

We use to use Walgreens for my sons seizure meds. It’s imperative that he have his meds on time or he will have a seizure within 15 mins! Walgreens would run out of the meds and not tell us. We switched to Kroger and have never had an issue again! They always have it ready ahead of time. The workers are always pleasant. Sometimes busy but that is any pharmacy. And I find them to be fat less busy that any other pharmacy in town! The prices are great as well! His meds are far less here compared to other places. We have been using them for the last 3 years and have had no issues!

I just called the pharmacy to check on a prescription that was sent in this morning and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and was giving me little to no information whatsoever about my prescription on file. when she answers, she said, what do you want? I said I’m just checking in on the order status of a prescription that was sent in and she said which one I said, don’t you need my date of birth? She said, what’s your date of birth and I provided that information then she said what prescription and I explain to her which prescription it was and that it had just been sent in that morning. She said I have no prescriptions on file nor any that need to be refilled. I said OK it was sent in this morning, do you think it will take a couple days to come through, she said no if it was sent in this morning, then we should’ve received it. So I provided her with the over-the-counter name and the regular name of the prescription and she said are you trying to tell me the over-the-counter medication name. I said yes ma’am, the she said it would only be under said prescription name and there isn’t one I said OK thank you I’ll call the doctor. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my service and wish there was another way for me to contact the pharmacist and explain what happened with my experience. I have been a loyal customer of Kroger pharmacy for 8+ years and have never had to deal with such attitude. I try to take into consideration she may have just been having an off day but even then I’m a paying customer and you are getting paid to do said job so you should leave it at the door when entering the work place. I’m very upset and am considering switching pharmacies :( ??

They move with ZERO sense of urgency I waited in line at least 30 minutes. Felt like they were diagnosing and prescribing the meds at the window.
