Purchase almost 400.00 worth of clothes for an upcoming cruise in May. Clothes were cute, customer service reps were nice but no one said the clothes were not returnable. I washed the clothes on delicate getting ready for my cruise and the really cute hoodie started coming apart at the seams. One of the shirts button was in the washer. Two of the shirts shrunk enough to pull at the breast. Needless to say I was disgusted and took them back to Jammin for a refund. Manager refused to even look at his product, said I washed them and he couldn’t take back worn product. So I explained they weren’t worn and I had all the paperwork and tags. His response was I can’t return them so I can’t take them back. Lied to my face, I asked for a signed paper saying he refused to take back his products and he refused. On the receipt it says I can exchange for product. I only saw this after I was almost home. I was born in Galveston and live close, he must deal with people who never come back to complain because he says he’s never had a problem before. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you expect a quality product or an honest retailer.

We don’t live far from Galveston and we visit twice a month. We will never visit this store again.

Visited many times employees and owners are always super sweet and helpful! Olivia and a young female Manager were very kind! Bought cool men's Olikai sandals!

Been buying our little girl clothes here since she was born. They have a great selection for yourself or gifts. The ladies that run this place are top notch and always so kind and welcoming. We google recommend this surf style clothing etc. shop!

Manager was rude. Place is overpriced. All the same basic beach brands at high prices. You can definitely get better deals on the same brands elsewhere!!

Good quality beachwear and accessories. They have a big selection of pure vida jewelry and bracelets. Cute swimsuits but a bit overpriced in my opinion. The staff were very sweet and helpful as well! :)

Touristy, but some solid brands can be found inside at reasonable prices, I compared some items online and they were the same price. Young staff was pleasant although expectedly self involved. Worth a stop if you need quality beachwear. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world ?

The service was AWESOME! I was visiting Galveston, on a Date, and was uncomfortable with my outfit. I walked in to Jammin Sportwear to ask if they sold Sundresses. The 2 young ladies were S-U-P-E-R Helpful AND Fun! They picked out a dress. I tried it on. It looked super great! I kept it on and paid for it. They even helped me pick a necklace to match. They made my day! THANK YOU Sooooo Much!!!

Margot was very rude to any kids that came in the store! I made sure our party did not buy anything! One little feather they can put back together and she made me buy it! Stay away from Margot and her store! Our family was ready to spend over $100 in this store and they lost all business!! Very very very rude! Public shaming is what took place!!!
