Terrible service, I paid for the repairs my car required and it was a disaster, I took it back because it failed, they discounted the price and when I returned to have it fixed, they charged me. The repairs that they supposedly fixed still continue to fail and apart from that they leave the car stored in a garage for more than 4 days without checking it.

Kayser's Automotive has consistently been a quality shop to have my car taken care of in Galveston. They've always been fair and patient in explaining what needs to be done and why and the pricing has been fair and transparent for the various issues my old car has had. Their motto states "Design infused with integrity" and I believe they are one of the rare auto shops that can truly claim both and quality and integrity in it's work.

Kayser's Automotive is a single gal's best friend! I have had to bring my car in a couple of times now and their service is friendly, ethical, fast and fairly priced. The are my "go to" whenever I hear an odd noise in the car!! HIGHLY recommend!

After reading several positive reviews, I visited the shop to have my AC cooling system repaired. Unfortunately, I encountered a manager who was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The experience was far from welcoming, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

My car broke down late on a Friday night on our drive into Galveston, and the team at Kayser was incredibly helpful, and were able to give me same day service on a Saturday to ensure I would be able to get back home on Sunday. The price quoted was very reasonable, and I appreciate the customer service and the willingness to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed by my experience here.

Have nothing but great things to say about Kayser Automotive and Sam. We have brought several vehicles in, all handled in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
In fact we had one vehicle the dealership claimed they could not fix and x parts were on backorder, Kayser was able to find the parts and fix the issue.
Job well done! We will continue to bring our routine maintenance and any repairs to Kayser.

Hands down, best experience I have ever had with any type of service!
My family was visiting Galveston and my alternator went out at 2:30pm on Saturday, with no tools. I called many mechanic shops with no luck.
Called Kayser's Automotive and even though they close at 3pm, they assured me they would get me taken care of, no matter what!
They immediately contacted a tow truck to get my car to their shop, and when the tow truck never showed up, they sent one of their technicians to my hotel at 4pm (an hour after they were supposed to close) to jump my car off and make sure it made it to their shop.
They started the repair immediately and by 5:30 I was back on the road!!
From the moment I called, the lady that answered the phone was helpful and hospitable. She even rode along with me to make sure the car made it to their shop, after her and the service tech jump started it.
Amazing customer service, more than fair pricing, and an overall perfect experience! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!

I had a simple coolant hose leak that they wanted me to pay at first $815.29 and called back a little later after checking with other repair shops and it was now down to $684. The prices changed like the weather. Then when I originally took my car there, they stated that there would be a diagnostic charge that could be rolled into the bill after service complete. I was told verbally $40+ dollars and that charge went up to maximum of $110 dollars. The prices vary so much I ran to get me car out of there. It only cost me $54 to fix it myself saving me almost $700.
