Gregory is semi-retired but an excellent clock or watch repairman. Fascinating history in his shop to look at as you wait for your repair. He was deelightful, as was his work.

Was traveling to Galveston and my watch died. Needed a battery so I called and they didn't seeM open. To my surprise the owner called back and waited for me to get there even though it was after their normal working hours. They fixed my watch at a reasonable price, that's what I call service I would not hesitate to have my watch/clocks repaired here.

AVOID this place AT ALL COST! I brought him two clocks that I bought in Switzerland to have cleaned. The Cuckoo Clock cost almost $1000. He charged me for fixing it but I got it home and it still will not work. He broke some gear or something and the chain will not even stay on. On top of that...he gave it back to me with a different, very cheesy looking pendulum on it. I went back in and told him it was the wrong one...and he just Ball faced lied to me over and over saying that WAS THE ONE I Brought in. I told him I would show him a picture ot my clock with the original one. I texted him a picture of it. He never returned my calls or text. I tried calling him over and over and nothing! This clock was very dear to me. It is ruined. The pendulum isn't even the right color. My clock is dark wood and the one he put on it was a blond wood, It looks horrible and cheap. He either put it on some one else's clock or broke it. The worst of it is that he is not man enough to own up to what he has done. He is a real creep! I have a feeling that he didn't even clean them. How would I know without taking it apart. I would give him -10 stars! But since I can't, I given him 0.

My mantle clock came back from a 'cleaning and tune up' missing parts, oil all over face and case, and no longer chiming correctly. Beware of this guy!

I took my watch to this shop to be repaired,I called several times, but no answer. When he finally answered he was rude,and told me he call me when ready.Then after a month I started calling again, now no answer at all. Called three times a week, still no answer. Went to shop closed. He took my watch and keep it, it was a gift from my wife. $750.00. I HOPE HE ENJOYS IT, AND IT CAN'T BE FIXED. DONT TAKE ANYTING TO THIS SHOP YOU WANT TO KEEP.

Has had my heirloom John Bull clock for almost a year. Phone always goes to voicemail and messages are never returned. The few times I have driven by and caught him there, he promised it would be done in a few days but that never happened. If you have a timepiece that needs repair DO NOT BRING IT TO THE SHOP.

He has had my watch since June. He always has a lame excuse for it not being done. He now avoids our calls. He has my property and we have had to contact the police to see if they can help. Beware!!

He has had my Rolex watch for cleaning now for two years and will not return it to me. I guess I need to get police and BBB involved. $8800.00 is a lot for someone to just keep and not give back. I’ve called this man weekly and still same old excuses! I’m out of town or going to another funeral. Every single week!
