My husband and I went to make a sizable donation today of good quality housewares and small furniture items. The gentleman working the rear donation area was incredibly rude.

I used to really enjoy shopping at this Goodwill location, but the last few times I've visited have been quite disappointing. One thing I've noticed is that they seem to be putting a lot of the men's shirts in the boutique section, even when the quality is quite worn. The selection of men's shirts has really dwindled as a result.
Another issue is that the store just feels very disorganized. The clothes are often out of order, with women's items mixed in with the men's section, and sizes all over the place. It makes it really frustrating to try to find anything. The overall layout of the store also seems pretty messy, with racks and displays in disarray.
It's just not an enjoyable shopping experience anymore. I used to love hunting for treasures at this Goodwill, but now it feels like more of a chore than anything. I'm really bummed, as this was one of my favorite thrift stores for years. Hopefully they can get things cleaned up and reorganized, because I'd love to start coming back. But for now, I'm not sure I'll be making the trip.

THE BEST place to get Hawaiian Shirts! Super cheap - $7 - $12!! I have been collecting shirts from here for years. I never go to the island thrift shops because the prices and selection at Goodwill is the best on the island. Winning

We find some cool items at the store. They don't negotiate prices and some items are too high but you can find really great deals too. The people are nice. Make sure you understand the deals on the signs. They don't always read true so ask before you finalize your purchase because they also won't let you return an item (even if you never left the store) because you realized the items you bought are not a part of the deal.

On the island before leaving for a cruise and found some good deals at this Goodwill. I didn't purchase all of these items. Red tag was 50% so a good deal especially on some of these clothes.

Galveston goodwill is over priced. Also they ask to round up for veterans donations yet they do not offer a veterans discount day in this store. The least they could do is bring back a senior or Veterans Day discount.

Out of all the Goodwill stores that I have visited in several different states, this is the worst. The clothes are stuffed on the racks. You pretty much have to do a deep dive to find your size. It just felt dirty although there really wasn't anything specific that I could see. Plus the household goods are placed above the clothes racks so it's very hard to see what is available.

Great store! The cashier Casandra has a great personality and is a very kind and sweet person. You should hire more like her. Overall your store has a great, and we will visit every time we’re in Galveston! Keep up the good work!

This is a nice store. You find lots of unique clothes here. You can easily find a parking spot and the hours are 9 AM to 8 PM every day. I remember taking our children there when they were little and we first came to Galveston 32 years ago. They had gotten their clothes all wet enjoying the Gulf of Mexico. We didn't have much money and this Goodwill store served us well with affordable clothing for them.

Search the owner is making millions of dollars in profit with his Goodwill stores and they want to go and double the prices on every low end product so they can put the UPC code on there they got to charge more money for everything I have no use for any more goodwills I have 110% they're making a killing
