I Had a cruise in November and it was cancelled. I had to cancel my parking.I called and was told they would send a check. I received a check three weeks later which was not bad at all considering all the cancellations they had at that time. I had used VIP and premier parking in the past and never had a problem.

We have parked here several times, and have reservations made for future cruises. This parking cannot be beat. We drop our luggage at the terminal and then go park. Super friendly and helpful in getting into the parking spot and with any remaining bags. Two minute walk across the street and you are in the Cruise Terminal.The best part is upon return from cruise. Grab bags, clear customs and then walk across the street! They help load bags into vehicle and get you on the road! So quick and convenient to be on the road home while others disembarking the ship are still waiting for shuttles and struggling to get their luggage to their car.Will ALWAYS park here when cruising out of Galveston.
