If I could give this bank an over all 0 stars I would! Please avoid this bank at all cost! The customer service is horrible the people they hire do not care about you or helping you! Good luck if they wrongfully charge you getting your money back! They will rob you and not care.

After putting a substantial amount of money into my bank account that I’ve had for six years from an accredited college, my money was put on hold for a week and I was left broke and in the negative after being told that $2500 of my money would be released. I was told that they could do nothing for me. This establishment is not for its patrons. It’s simply a money making machine. I suggested using another bank.

I just open up a bank account there and they can't give you any kind of paper on my account what bank does this and you tell them what you need it for and I think about closing my account with them because I'm losing my chance to get help and they're not going to help you it's going to come from the main branch why are y'all there for I'm closing my account

Very friendly employees! Just wish u had longer hours & were open Sunday. But no complaints. Friendliest employees ever. Much nicer than the one I used in Balch Springs before relocating to Galveston.

The quality of customer service here as a whole is awful. They can't tell you anything. Then have you call someone that "can" issue here is you then have to wait on the phone for an upwards of two hours. I will be changing banks after the holidays. I'm tired of the issues.

Been with them a bit for business and personal accounts tellers are always professional and courteous. The 2 female tellers are very attentive and friendly. i drive out my way to go this branch when needed worth the drive . Keep up the great work !

THIS IS BYYYY FAR THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH . Let’s start off by saying , if you trying to deposit a check through there app and they don’t recognize the check you have to wait a whole 7 days if not longer . I received my check on 11/5/2021 and I still haven’t received it yet . As soon as my check comes through I am closing out this account because they are the worst . Customer service is rude . And they charge if you don’t keep a minimum of 100 in the bank . They done lost they rabbit a** minds!!!!!!!!! I HATE EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BANK

They charged me $45 because a wire did not go through, claimed it was the other bank, who charged it. Other bank has no such thing, and needs proof of the charge to refund it. 1st National cannot provide proof of the charge, but refuses to give my money back!!!!! Dont do business with them….nothing but lies and problems!!

Absolute 0 rating had to wait 90 minutes to get the status of my loan over the phone. You cannot speak to a loan officer in person. Just a horrible bank , the worst I ve ever seen..

I have been with the bank for 14 months. Their perks are VERY MINIMAL. NO EARLY DIRECT DEPOSIT, if anything you will be waiting until the next day for a deposit to happen.They're customer service is horrible.Just a bad choice of banks.
