Would be nice if items rang up as marked on the shelf ( was after a coffee pot, shelf said $17, rang up $25) cashier and every employee didn't speak English to help me with anything. Asked cashier to take the pot off since she didn't want to change the price to match the shelf price, she didn't, again kept saying no English....... Would give it a 0 if I could. Also the aisles were mostly blocked with carts of product waiting to be put up.

The employees here are beyond rude. Any questions you have will get a huff and puff with an eye roll. It literally smells like a port a potty. And they have roaches crawling in the walls. And the employees pee in buckets because their bathroom is broke… absolutely the most disgusting family dollar store ever.

WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!As I look over the past reviews of this store, I must say that I completely agree with how bad and understocked and the down right rude employees. I was just in there today to get some sleep medicine and and a soft drink, as I was walking through the store I notced that a manager as teacking me walking on the other side of the isle. I didnt the much about it until another employee came up to me and asked if I needed any help( mind you they have never not once asked anyone if they every needed help). So I walked to the check out line and then noticed that she was on the phone with someone toget there quick..after I noticed she walked up to me( in front of many people) and told me to take out the deodorant out is my back pocket. Inwas completely confused. They made ne empty my pockets on the register.( Of corse they foun nothing. They wouldn't day who accused me, but I know who it was. The it turns out it was a black lady with dreads.The way this was handled was almost thuggish by complely surround me with employees.I will be contacting Corporate in the morning!!!

Went into the store Halloween items were naked as 50% & 75% off. I get to the register it’s full price but the sign right in front of it says 75%off. Sale basket as soon as u walk in with shoes in it tags marked as $1.00 they put a sign on the baskets as $1.25 I went to the register and they were ringing up the up marked price not the price that is on the tags and they all say $1.00 on the tag so it is supposed to be honored as the tag marked. We waited for the manager Cynthia arrived after the employee looked all over the store for her. She comes and says they are $1.25 I said no ma’am the tags says $1.00 so you have to sell it as the price on the tags not what y’all marked up she said no I told her that is the policy. She argued that the sign says a different price and I again said this is the price on them you are supposed to honor it. So she begins to remove the tags off the shoes on the counter so she doesn’t have to give it to me for the correct price. And refused to make it right so I refused to spend a dime in there nothing marked was right. Cynthia needs to focus on customer service and cleaning the store she doesn’t seem to know how to properly run this store . DO BETTER!

I only go here if Walmart+ is late. They are so rude, it's as though they do not value customer service. Its to fire an employee to save your business but, they never do. Maybe its something that I'm missing. Hence why I always say Walmart might have it as I only go here for last minute buys. (BYE is what I want to tell a few employees there). They have that same rude homeless man that constantly begs for things outside of the store as you're walking in.

The store is closed till Sept 15th for renovations it says. Although when I went by there was nothing happening and today is the 14th. Not 1 car in the lot. I once drove up and an employee was fist fighting with a patron by the dumpsters. The store was locked then too.
