The check in process at this location is horrible and long. A person checks you in and you then have to wait again for another person to take you to the car, check the car, take your insurance info, and run your card for a hold for the car. What is the point of the check in person? Other companies have a simple pickup process that is done with one point of contact and is efficient. This was the opposite of that. The only reason I chose them is they are the only game in town. If you are using this location and are going on a cruise- plan ahead as there will likely be long waits.

When we dropped the car off on Saturday, we were asked how our experience was. I told them how upset the situation made us and they promised that they would have someone get back to us. Someone called us back on Monday which was pretty quick. We were able to come to a resolution and I will continue to make Enterprise our first choice for renting vehicles. We are all human and make mistakes, what really matters is, if and how you try to fix your mistake. In this case they did a great job fixing it. Thank you!

if they were a negative star rating, I would definitely give this place a negative!!!! reserve two vehicles for 10 people on credit card only able to use one person's credit card to pick it up had to have a second credit card then they will put it back on the other person's credit card that originally made the reservations. slowest rental company I've ever used inconvenient unfriendly will not use it again. I would rather pay the extra money for private transportation.!!!!

Made a reservation 3 days in advance. Had to wait an hour to obtain car after checking in. The employees were friendly, but obviously there is something wrong with the process, or they need more workers.

Brutal customer service. Spent more on Uber going back and forth between my hotel and enterprise than it would have cost to rent a car; constant road blocks, no solutions.

Alyssa is the employee that was so helpful and very friendly when picking me up ant Caliber Collision and with all the instructions for the vehicle I was given to drive (2023 Jeep).I could not find my garage door opener and called Enterprise to see if I had left it in the Jeep. I spoke to Alyssa and she told me that she would personally go and look through the Jeep. I definitely called this really caring about your customers. I will highly recommend Enterprise Galveston for their car rental needs!The 2023 Jeep was in very clean and in excellent running condition.Thank-you to Enterprise Galveston for a wonderful experience!
