the company I work for and I have been dealing with Ideal Lumber for a long time! They've got a great selection of lumber, tools, and materials for the construction trade!! The yard is kept up and clean and the staff is always friendly and eager to help!! In my humble opinion, you'll be hard pressed to find better from a lumber yard!!

I ordered some molding because they didn't have it in stock even though they told me they did. Then the molding never came the next week, I went through three different people who finally told me the molding had never been ordered. Ideal lumber has really gone down in service and and needs to get their act together or they're gonna go out of business.

I go to Ideal Lumber quite often. They typically have better quality Lumber than Mc Coy's or Home Depot. They also have harder to find items in stock on a regular basis. The staff is really helpful and try to get you in and out to get back into the jobsite.

We had a wonderful experience renovating our kitchen with Chunky Funky Monkey and Art of Design Kitchen. Ricki developed new layout for our kitchen – one we would never have thought of ourselves. He was very helpful and professional throughout the design and planning process and made sure The Chunky Funky Monkey delivered. The cabinets are of great quality and improved the functionality of our kitchen. Our new kitchen is even better than we could have imagined!

Went in there to get help and a man just sat at the desk and never acknowledged me . I clearly needed help. Went outside to meet someone to load wood and there was no one to be found. Worst customer service with a sorry attitude. Will never buy anything from them in the future!
