“All I can say is stop going to thrift stores and wasting your money! The Bin store is where it’s at. I have been to other stores like this and none of them compared. I Highly recommend checking this place out! I drive 45 min to get here everytime and am never disappointed.”
“It's my local store, and 90% of the staff are very nice. So it's not customer service or products I have a problem with, it's cooperate. This store always has 1 long line, and that's it, but it's due to under staffing. It's sad bcuz I like the store and the employees, but I can't stand waiting in a long A$$ line, for $5's worth of stuff. So, as long as u have 30mins to waste, then the waiting is worth it!”
“Great store in a remote Galveston location (kid-south island) that carries everything you need, from groceries to housewares to health and beauty and more. Great prices and convenient for tourists staying in the area - like us.”
“I love that this DG is just a short walk/bile from my house. Having said that, I often get in my car and drive the 9 extra miles to go to the DG on the west end of the island. This store is always trashed. Its filthy.. dusty and sticky floor from spilled merchandise I'm sure.. Shelves emptied onto the floor. Merch mixed up and in completely different areas from where it should be. The staff has always been nice and helpful so they just need to hire some extra staff to clean the store daily.”
“Went in to purchase one item. The prices and service were unbelievable! Walked out with several items including a mattress that was $800.00 less than anywhere else. I highly recommend!!! Worth the drive and your time. Thanks Al and Blanca!”
“If you need a dollar store on Galveston Island, THIS is the one to go to. The staff are kind, the shelves are STOCKED, ORGANIZED, and the store is kept clean. The other two Family Dollars on Broadway are always too busy, chaotic, and often out of a lot of items. So, I recommend this one…
BUT, a message to management: GET THE A/C FIXED. Those employees working at this location are badass at their jobs and you can tell that just by walking into the other two locations then THIS Family Dollar location… and the difference in the energy is night and day. This location at Ave Q & 45th… the staff obviously care about the quality of their work and have good work ethic.
Fix the A/C. Your team at this location deserves the best.”
“Yes they sell perishables in their little refrigerated section, there's even can goods in a different section. But I never cook to Dollar Tree for those kind of things. I'm strictly coming for paper plates and plastic utensils. I also get gift items and the balloons are well worth getting from here for any occasion.”
“The service was fine.Staffs attentive was fine. lots of items to choose from. We found shirts, toys, and candy. The price was very good and if we were not from our of town we would have spent a lot more. Come to Washington state. The store was well organized. The store was pretty clean.”
