From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of excellent. The online reservation system was a breeze to use—quick and straightforward. What really stood out, though, were the amazing employees. Professional and courteous, they made sure everything ran smoothly from the get-go. A shuttle was already waiting for us, which whisked us away to our Carnival cruise ship without a hitch. Their help with our luggage was a godsend, ensuring we didn't have to lift a finger.
After a relaxing 7-day cruise, we knew exactly where to meet them upon our return, thanks to their clear instructions before we left. It's these little details that make a big difference.
Oh, and the Caribbean-themed parking lot—what a delightful touch! Stepping onto those grounds got us in the vacation spirit right away!!

Can't believe I've never left a review. Especially at their new place, this a great place to park. I parked at the old location that "never has flooded." The new location is definitely built higher than the surrounding area.
I've read some of the lower reviews, and there have been issues of long wait times in the past. But for us, it was around the time of after COVID. Never had an issue before that and ALWAYS caught a ride with them to our vehicle.
Without going into specifics and not knowing the services offered, a luxury driver arrived (similarto Uber Black Car?), saw the line, and told people to get in. The hell with what you paid for, there is a line, and it is hot. Apparently, there had been some personnel/mechanical issues that day, and this employee recognized and reacted .
Fast forward and pre Covid, we've never never had an unacceptable amount of wait, and have never taken a rideshare to get to our vehicle.
So I am mystified at the low ranks. Reasonable rates, even quicker to the ports with the new location, and secure.
For those that have parked at the old location, there is no convenience store nearby here, but they do have Porta-Potties on-site (although I did not see them-they do respond to questions on FB).
Great safe place to park.
To the recent low stars, don't dock someone when you didn't follow the rules. That's on you.

Highly recommend this venue. I've used this company since 2015. 2-3 times a year...will be 4times this year (2024). I've never had a bad experience & I wish I could leave a review for each vacation. (Good experiences out number the bad, when repeat customers like me are only counted once).
On 10/31/24, I drove in, parked and a gentleman helper came to my truck & proactively unloaded my luggage for me, then took it to the shuttle too. (This is above & beyond...I gave him a tip, in appreciation).
Service & staff were fast/friendly....going & coming. I'll be seeing y'all again in a week!!

Tengan cuidado con el horario de llegada el pasado mes de octubre contrate y se pago previamente el estacionamiento para 2 vehículos por motivos ajenos a nosotros llegamos después de las 2:30 pm. El estacionamiento cerrado sin personal que atendieran nos tuvimos que trasladar y contratar en otra parte. El horario limite para llegar es a las 2pm...... Cuidado

We just returned from a 5 day cruise out of Galveston. We parked at Discount Cruise Parking and I have zero complaints. Everyone was friendly, helpful and the service to and from the terminal was organized and fast. Highly recommended!!

We have used DCP for our last several cruises and will continue to do so! It is convenient and definitely the best value. The staff are very helpful and we’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. I highly recommend this company.

My girlfriend and I left her 4RUNNER here during the duration of our cruise. Service was fast and friendly. In and out the shuttle in less than 10 minutes! Will definitely use discount cruise parking next cruise!

My husband and I used Discount Parking for our honeymoon cruise in April 2023. We were actually trying to park at some of the port’s parking lots. It was about 2-3 hours before departure, and the gates were chained and padlocked. A sign on the gate listed a number that I called, and it went straight to voicemail every time. The answering machine let me know that they would get back to me “within 48 hours.” Of course, our cruise would be long departed by then. I was super stressed and trying not to panic. I saw on Google Maps that Discount Parking was nearby. We drove to it on a whim. Some of the surrounding area looked pretty sketch, and we felt worse and worse—until we pulled up to the lot.
The place was decked out in pirate-themed decorations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They loaded our luggage onto the shuttle (included in the price). To sweeten the deal, they even gave us a military discount. Even the base rate was already cheaper than we would’ve been paying. The shuttle took us to the cruise ship in plenty of time. When we arrived, we didn’t have to wait long at all until a shuttle picked us up to take us back to our car. We were pretty anxious at first since we hadn’t been cruising before, but this shuttle service made for some smooth sailing! We have a cruise in October and intend to use this same lot—and we’ve also recommended this lot to friends! 20/10 would use again!!!
